The internet is the "biggest variable" in promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,and online public opinion work is the top priority in strengthening and improving ideological work in the new era.As the forefront of ideological construction in China,universities bear the important mission of maintaining the security of mainstream ideology and the major task of cultivating socialist builders and successors.It is particularly necessary to take the lead and make contributions in the construction of network ideology.As an important medium for the dissemination of mainstream ideology,discourse plays an important role in guiding college students to form a correct worldview,outlook on life,and values.However,as the internet gradually becomes an important field for college students to participate in social interaction,the characteristics of "decentralization","liberalization","pan entertainment",and "seclusion" of online discourse interaction have brought serious challenges to the maintenance of the dominant position of mainstream ideology and the play of the guiding function of ideological and political education to a certain extent.In this context,how to accumulate positive energy and expand the influence of positive ideological and public opinion is the key to improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education discourse for college students in the cyberspace.On the basis of existing research in the academic community,this article deeply analyzes the essential connotation of the effectiveness of discourse in ideological and political education for college students in the cyberspace,clarifies the four meanings and main characteristics of discourse effectiveness from a dynamic and static perspective,focuses on the official account number of the Communist Youth League Central Committee on the Bilibili video platform,conducts discourse text analysis and discourse interaction analysis,and reveals the achievements and main problems of current discourse effectiveness,Attempt to explore ways and paths to enhance the effectiveness of discourse.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into the following four chapters:The first chapter is an explanation of the connotation.This chapter focuses on clarifying the essence,connotation,and main characteristics of the effectiveness of ideological and political education discourse for college students in the cyberspace.Specifically,the essence of the effectiveness of discourse in ideological and political education for college students in cyberspace is reflected in the interaction between discourse power and effectiveness among different subjects;The meaning is manifested as the effectiveness of discourse generation,dissemination,expression,and identification;The characteristics are characterized by the combination of theoretical and practical aspects,the unity of dominance and diversity,and the
