| In recent years,with the continuous development of the economy and society,the market and enterprises’ demand for advanced technical talents has been gradually increasing.At the meantime,with the sustainable deepening of the educational reform,China has been seriously attaching importance to the vocational education,and also,the promotion of vocational education school-enterprise cooperation has been included as an important part,in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,which has enhanced,to some certain extent,the rapid development of higher vocational education.Higher vocational education is an important part of the vocational education.This kind of education pays more attention to the training of technical and practical talents,and meanwhile,the mode of cooperative vocational education between schools and enterprises comes into being.School-enterprise cooperation can not only improve the comprehensive quality of students,but also improve much more the practical application level of students.So that the higher vocational education can play its own role and increase to some degrees.In addition,school-enterprise cooperation is also conducive to advancing the complementarity of resources between schools and enterprises,improving the employment rate of graduates,meeting the needs of corporate talents,and promoting the development of social productivity.But other than those,it has many other significance and advantages.However,compared with the advanced and mature aspects of school-enterprise cooperation in foreign countries,there are still problems of incompleteness and maturity in the process of school-enterprise cooperation in China.Therefore,research on the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges to push the development of the vocational education,has its very important practical and theoretical significance.This paper firstly elaborates the concept and basic theories of the school-and-enterprise cooperation model,then introduces the general situation of school enterprise cooperation mode at home and abroad,especially combs the characteristics of the school-enterprise cooperation models of the America’s "cooperative education",Australia’s "TAFE",and the German’s "dual system",and makes a comparative analysis of school enterprise cooperation mode at home and abroad.Then choose W vocational and Technical College as the research object,which is earlier and representative in school enterprise cooperation.Through the analysis,it is concluded that there are still problems,such as the lack of adequate guarantee to promoting the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,the lack of in-depth teaching cooperation in school-enterprise cooperation,and the lack of the school’s own conditions in the process of promoting the school-enterprise cooperation model.Finally,the author put forward a model protection,targeted to increase the school-enterprise cooperation,to improve the software and hardware level of school enterprise cooperation mode,and to perfect the operation mechanism of the school-enterprise cooperation mode.The paper proposes that it should optimize the mode of cooperation between higher vocational education schools and enterprises,through the countermeasures,should achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation between schools and enterprises,and should ultimately improve the sustained and healthy development of social economy. |
