Abstract/Summary:
Professional practice ability is an important goal of professional personnel training in colleges and universities.It is gradually formed in the process of professional practice guided by professional theory.For students,professional practice ability is an important foundation for career development.Professional practice ability is an important index to evaluate the level of a school and the quality of talent training.Sports training is an undergraduate major under the first-level discipline of Physical education,which belongs to the state control major co-managed by the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Sport of the State.Its personnel training is mainly aimed at the training of high-level coaches,referees and sports competition organizers and managers,and it is an undergraduate major with more outstanding professional practical ability.At present,under the background of China’s "sports power" and "healthy China" construction and professional certification,how to scientifically evaluate the quality of sports training professional practical ability cultivation is an important issue to improve the professional construction of sports training.This paper uses literature research method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to construct the practical ability evaluation index system of sports training major students,in order to provide theoretical reference for the construction of sports training major and personnel training.The results show that: Evaluation index system of practical ability of sports training students;It consists of 4 first-level indicators(basic ability,special physical education teaching ability,special training and guidance ability,special competition organization and judging ability),12 second-level indicators(special competitive ability,personal cultivation,scientific research ability,teaching evaluation and reflection ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching design ability,special material selection ability,special training ability,competition guidance ability,team management Ability,competition organization and management ability,referee work ability)and 51three-level indicators(specific content omitted);The weight coefficient of the first level index is basic ability(0.2550),special physical education teaching ability(0.2600),special training and guidance ability(0.2600),and special competition organizing and judging ability(0.2250).Secondary and tertiary index weights are omitted.It is found that the practical ability evaluation model of sports training major constructed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can effectively quantify the practical ability of sports training major students,has good operability,and the evaluation results are more accurate and objective.Based on the evaluation index system and weight,it is suggested that: In the process of improving the practical ability of sports training students,it is necessary to first base on the "basic ability",continuously improve the "personal cultivation" while maintaining their "special competitive ability",better cultivate the physical education teaching ability and training guidance ability,so that students can be more leisurely in the face of practical work when they are transformed into physical education teachers or coaches.At the same time,it is also necessary to increase the study and practice of rules and competition organization,so as to become an applied talent who can engage in training,teaching and competition in various schools,clubs and other relevant departments.
