Research On The Teaching Reform Strategy Of Ideological And Political Theory Course In Secondary Vocational And Technical Schools

Secondary vocational education is an important part of the national education system,which takes on the task of training high-quality workers and technical talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical education and labor,and plays a special and important role in the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country through talents.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China’s employment and economic development are facing two major changes.Social labor employment needs to strengthen skills training,industrial structure optimization and upgrading needs to cultivate more senior technicians,and vigorously develop vocational education,which is an urgent need to promote industrialization and modernization of China.In recent years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the development of vocational education,actively promote the development of vocational education,and support all kinds of vocational education at all levels to develop their characteristics and levels.Secondary vocational and technical schools(hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational schools)are changing from pursuing scale expansion to improving their quality.To carry out ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools,so that students can acquire professional and technical ability,improve their ability to participate in modern social life,improve their ideological and moral quality,psychological quality and political quality,establish correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,contribute to the cultivation of comprehensive quality talents for the country and society in the new era,and promote socialism with Chinese characteristics All round development of great cause lays the foundation for talents.As the direct carrier of Ideological and political education,ideological and political education theory course is the key course for secondary vocational schools to implement the basic task of moral education.At present,the situation ofIdeological and political teaching in secondary vocational schools is generally good,which has played a great role in cultivating moral educators.However,due to its own factors and external influence,there are many problems in Ideological and political teaching in some secondary vocational schools.This article puts forward five strategic thinking on the reform and innovation of Ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools in Qinghai under the background of the new era.The aim is to enhance the teaching effect of Ideological and political education in secondary vocational schools,and to lay the scientific thinking foundation and correct value guidance for secondary vocational school students.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic,and reviews the education of citizens,morality,legal system,values and other aspects of Vocational Education in five capitalist countries through literature review,as well as the research results of domestic experts and scholars on the ideological and political teaching in secondary vocational schools;the second part comments on the secondary vocational education The related concepts of Ideological and political education in technical schools and the significance of carrying out ideological and political education are summarized,and the connotation and characteristics of Ideological and political courses in secondary vocational schools,as well as the main characteristics of students are explained and analyzed;the third part carries out a questionnaire survey on five secondary vocational and technical schools in Qinghai Province,and uses SPSS data analysis software to analyze the thoughts of some secondary vocational schools in Qinghai Province The fourth part analyzes the reasons from the subjective and objective level;the fifth part puts forward the reform strategies for the problems of the ideological and political teaching in Qinghai vocational school.
