As an executor of early childhood education and an administrator of early childhood education and teaching,kindergarten teachers’ self-management ability affects the quality of kindergarten education.Only when a kindergarten teacher has good self-management ability can the effectiveness of kindergarten management be fully exerted,and the quality of kindergarten education and teaching can be effectively improved.At the same time,the research on the self-management ability of kindergarten teachers is also conducive to stabilizing the teaching staff of kindergarten teachers and promoting the professional development of kindergarten teachers.But at present,there is very little research on the self-management ability of new kindergarten teachers.This article is based on Drucker ’s self-management theory,Bandura ’s self-efficacy theory and Ye Lan ’s theory of teachers ’professional development stage.It mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method,focusing on self-cognition ability,self-planning ability,self-implementation ability,In terms of self-regulation ability and self-development ability,the current situation of self-management ability of new teachers in kindergartens in District Y of Chongqing was investigated.At the same time,the management philosophy,management system,management atmosphere,etc.of the kindergartens and the self-management practice activities of new teachers were observed;In addition to the interview method,12 new teachers and 4 principals were interviewed to understand the problems and causes of the new teachers’ self-management capabilities in kindergartens.The results of the survey indicate that the self-management abilities of the new teachers are generally at the upper-middle level,among which the new teachers have better cognitive traits and professional basic cognitive abilities.Learn and reflect.At the same time,it also found that the new kindergarten teachers’ self-management capabilities have the following problems: first,the new kindergarten teachers ’professional awareness is not strong,and they do not pay attention to their own professional development;second,the new teachers’ self-planning awareness needs to be strengthened.Career planning is not perfect;third,new teachers cannot strictly implement the plans formulated;fourth,some new teachers fail to effectively control the time,and the ability to adjust emotions needs to be improved;fifth,lack of self-learning action and Active reflective consciousness.Based on this,the reasons for the problems in the self-management ability of the new kindergarten teachers are analyzed from four aspects: teachers themselves,kindergarten management,society,government and education administration: first,the bad personality qualities of some new teachers are to improve the self-management ability Hidden obstacles;new teachers cannot reasonably regulate work pressure and bad emotions;new teachers have insufficient internal support for self-development.Second,the kindergarten lacks humanistic care for the management of new teachers,and the “rigid” management system cannot exert the initiative and enthusiasm of the new teachers;the development platform and opportunities for the self-management capabilities provided by the kindergartens for the new teachers are insufficient,and there is no rich learning atmosphere.Third,the society does not have a high degree of recognition for the professionalism of kindergarten teachers and lacks a correct understanding of kindergarten education.Fourth,the government and education administration departments have not invested enough in the development of the team of early childhood teachers,and failed to build a complete guarantee system for early childhood teachers.Therefore,from the perspective of the kindergarten teachers themselves,kindergarten management,society,and the government and education administration departments,this article puts forward relevant suggestions for the improvement of self-management capabilities of new kindergarten teachers: first,new teachers should establish a clear sense of purpose and formulate reasonable and perfect Career planning;new teachers should effectively adjust time and emotions to improve self-efficacy;improve active personality and achieve professional and sustainable development.Second,kindergartens should lead new teachers to enhance self-management awareness and build a "people-oriented" kindergarten spiritual culture;kindergartens should pay attention to the new teachers’ individual intelligence and guide new teachers to give full play to their personal advantages;kindergartens should do a good job in pre-employment training plans and duties Post-training work provides a platform for new teachers to develop their self-management capabilities.Third,the society should change the traditional view of preschool teachers,improve the sense of professional recognition of preschool teachers,and make less questioning,more trust,less embarrassment,and more encouragement.Fourth,the government and the administrative department of education should formulate laws and regulations on pre-school education to ensure the treatment of kindergarten teachers and enhance their social status.
