| "The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on comprehensively deepening the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era" points out that to improve the quality of kindergarten teachers in an all-round way,to build a high-quality,good education teachers.Kindergarten teachers as the foundation of kindergarten development,how to explore the potential,stimulate the enthusiasm of work has become the most important problem in modern education management.As an important material which is formed in the daily work of kindergarten teachers and reflects the actual performance of kindergarten teachers in detail,business archives are the information urgently needed by human resource management of kindergarten and the guarantee and basis for a series of management activities.On the basis of combing the existing research,this paper compiled the Questionnaire on the Use of Kindergarten Teachers’ Business Files and the Influencing Factors of Management Based on Human Resource Management and the Interview Outline of the Use of Kindergarten Teachers’ Business Files and the Influencing Factors of Management Based on Human Resource Management,which were in line with the psychological measurement.A random sampling survey was conducted on 511 managers and producers of kindergarten business files in four cities with different levels of economic development in Liaoning Province: Shenyang,Dalian,Anshan and Liaoyang,to explore the current situation of kindergarten teachers’ business files in human resource management and the influencing factors of different management levels.The results showed that:1.The overall situation of kindergarten teachers’ business archives used in human resource management is relatively general,with the best application in recruitment,training and performance assessment;Planning and analysis are worst;Reward,punishment and incentive and performance appraisal are in between.2.There are differences in the application of kindergarten teachers’ business files to different demographic variables: there are significant differences in the service years,total working years and kindergarten size of administrators,and there are extremely significant differences among managers of different positions.3.The application of kindergarten teachers’ business records in human resource management planning and analysis,recruitment and training,performance appraisal,and reward,punishment and incentive have differences in different demographic variables,which are specifically shown as follows:(1)There are differences between planning and analysis in the managerial service years;There are extremely significant differences in managers’ positions,total working years and the scale of the park.(2)There are significant differences between recruitment and training in the total working years of managers;There are extremely significant differences in managers’ positions,tenure and scale of the garden.(3)There are significant differences in the total working years of managers and the scale of the garden in performance appraisal;There are extremely significant differences in managers’ positions and tenure.(4)There are differences in the number of years of managers’ posts and the scale of kindergartens;There are extremely significant differences in managers’ positions and total working years.4.The influences of different management levels on the application of teachers’ business records in human resource management are as follows:(1)In terms of planning and analysis,the factors of high-level archives management have the greatest influence,followed by the factors of middle-level archives management and archives production.(2)In terms of recruitment and training,middle-level file management factors have the greatest impact,followed by high-level file management factors and file production factors.(3)In the performance appraisal,the factors of high-level archives management have the greatest impact,followed by the factors of archives production and the factors of middle-level archives management.(4)In terms of rewards,punishments and incentives,the factors of high-level archives management have the greatest influence,followed by the factors of archives production,and the factors of middle-level archives management have no direct influence.This study discusses the above conclusions and puts forward some suggestions. |
