In recent years,flipped classroom has been widely recognized and used in the teaching of various subjects,but there are relatively few studies on the combination of flipped classroom and physical education.This research attempts to both at home and abroad on the basis of studies of flip classroom,combining with the characteristics of Loudi Vocational Technical College,flip the classroom teaching of experiment study,verify whether use flip classroom teaching way of female college students’ sports ability of autonomic learning,aimed at colleges and universities sports teaching theory and practice to provide the beneficial reference,to further improve the theory of reverse classroom.In this study,two classes,nursing 1805 and nursing 1806,were selected as experimental subjects to carry out a 12-week sports flipped classroom teaching experiment.Study using the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,analyzes the different teaching method on college students’ physical education learning motivation,learning process and learning results,the influence of the four dimensions of learning environment,so as to explore to flip the classroom teaching effects on female college students’ sports ability of autonomic learning.The comparative analysis of the experimental data proves that the flipped classroom teaching model is feasible and can improve the independent learning ability of female college students in sports.Through statistical analysis of the experimental data,the following conclusions can be drawn:1、Analysis from the dimension of learning motivation: awareness of the importance of physical education learning increases confidence and interest.2、From the perspective of learning process: students can better understand the goals and tasks set by the teacher through the flipped materials prepared before class,deepen their understanding of key and difficult points,and greatly enhance their interest in PE learning.3、Analysis from the dimension of learning results: with the implementation of flipped classroom teaching model,students’ self-evaluation ability has been greatly improved and become the subject of learning in a real sense.4、Analysis from the dimension of learning environment: students’ learning environment has been improved by implementing the flipped classroom teaching model.
