| Through the unremitting efforts of the whole country in recent years,the 13 th Five-Year plan has been gradually implemented,the social development is rapid,and the people’s economic income and life experience have also been significantly improved.As a long-term national economic strategic policy,the economic development of the western region needs to be resolutely implemented in the new era and new normal.The industrial structure of Shaanxi province continues to transform under the guidance of various policies,and the tertiary industry represented by service industry is booming under the support of various policies of the government.Xi’an,as a world-famous tourist hotspot,has been focusing on the use of cultural attractions left over by history for a long time in the past,while the traditional sightseeing tourism mode is mature,but the form is single,which is difficult to meet the needs of current consumers.Xi’an is located in the Qinling Mountains,the "central mountains",with superior natural resources.At the same time,with the general trend of encouraging the development of sports tourism and the social upsurge caused by the whole movement,the development of mountain outdoor sports has natural advantages.Mountaineering,as an outdoor sport with a good mass base and mature organization,has attracted more and more people and enterprises to invest in it.However,with the development of the industry,there are still many problems in the development.Including the unscientific development mode of the industry itself,the unsound relevant industrial policies,which restrict the development of the industry and put pressure on the environment.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to sum up all kinds of problems exposed in the development of the current mountaineering industry in the northern foot of Qinling Mountain in Xi’an from the perspective of supply side,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of the industry.Based on the investigation and Research on the supply side of the mountaineering industry in the north foot of Qinling Mountain in Xi’an,this paper has a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the development of mountaineering industry.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,on-thespot investigation,questionnaire survey and data analysis,this paper analyzes the overall environment for the development of mountaineering in the north foot of Qinling Mountain in Xi’an,the characteristics of club activities and the sales of mountaineering equipment At the same time,the paper studies the other influencing factors of industrial development,and draws the following conclusions: 1.The northern foot of Qinling Mountain in Xi’an has good potential for the development of mountaineering industry in natural resources,regional attraction,traffic conditions and other aspects;2.The current folk participation enthusiasm is very high,The number of activities is also very frequent,and there are many clubs involved;3.At the same time of rapid development,the clubs are generally small in scale,monotonous in form and content of activities;4.The planning of natural resources is lack of integrity,the internal competition among small brands is fierce,and the brand scenic spots and routes are lack;5.There are certain contradictions between industrial related policies and systems and industrial development,affecting the development of the industry Ability of operation and management and guarantee.And put forward the following strategies: 1.Combine the related themes of the surrounding areas to explore new economic growth points;2.Adjust and improve the management system ofmountaineering to provide guarantee for industrial development;3.Actively explore the market and mobilize the enthusiasm of some groups to participate in;4.Strengthen the inspection of outdoor products to ensure the rights and interests of consumers;5.Increase the strength of talent training to provide guarantee for industrial development. |
