"Double Innovation" Education Of Sports Training Major In Sports Colleges In My Country Research On Teaching Implementation

Research purposes:This paper mainly explores the general situation of the teaching factors in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of sports training major in China’s sports colleges.Through the field investigation and interview of the managers in charge of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in the professional construction of these colleges,the teachers who guide the innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the students who participate in mass entrepreneurship and innovation,field survey and interview are conducted.Do to all-round to domestic sanda sports training innovative undertaking teacher team construction,teaching objectives and requirements,teaching evaluation and the curriculum construction of whole situation,looking for innovation entrepreneurship education in the colleges and universities teaching the core essential factor,thus for sanda sports training innovation entrepreneurship education work orderly and provide more favorable conditions,at the same time to cultivate the students’ innovation ability,strengthen the competitive power of the society to lay the solid foundation.Research methods:In this paper,the author made a field study of the universities and sports colleges that have carried out the education of innovation and entrepreneurship earlier and with good effects,including Shanghai institute of physical education and nanjing institute of physical education.Adopts questionnaire survey,research on different research object to design the questionnaire,to set up the professional sports colleges and universities,unit of choose and employ persons,professional practice and employment of our students,students’ practice teaching and the base unit of experts and head,such as curriculum,teaching practice,double gen education activities and other related content of the questionnaire survey,and recovery of college students questionnaire,teacher questionnaire and leadership questionnaire respectively: 1517,102,37,the corresponding effective recovery rate were 92.3%,90.35% and 89.6%respectively.During the period of expert interview,field survey and interview,the research also organized expert seminars and conducted seminars on relevant research contents,with a total of 48 experts participating in the seminars.Research results:By 8 sports colleges and universities sports training of school managers,teachers andstudents the results of the survey data statistics and analysis found that: the teachers construction of colleges and universities to carry out the creative education,student needs,teaching contents,teaching goals,teaching environment,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,curriculum setting,similar and different.On the whole,in terms of the construction of teachers,there are more teachers in the north body,the head body,the broad body and the south body.In terms of teaching content,process,environment and method,the top body,the north body,the broad body and the martial body are more perfect.In terms of curriculum,the top body,the north body,the broad body and the head body are more reasonable.Research conclusions:(1)many teachers and students in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of sports training major in China’s sports schools have not set up the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship,and they do not have a deep understanding of relevant educational concepts.(2)lack of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship in schools.The lack of a complete mass entrepreneurship and innovation teacher base,the relative shortage of teaching resources,the lack of teacher training opportunities,the single teaching method,and the low proportion of teachers participating in innovation and entrepreneurship education lead to the slow development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in sports colleges and universities.(3)part of the school of creative education teaching factors,lack of attention,attention is not enough for emerging sports market,promote the convergence of crossover project development degree is not enough,the teaching goal is not clear,the courses in innovative entrepreneurial class is less,and there is no creation and the corresponding teaching closed loop control system,and most schools lack of practice teaching,teaching content and the actual out of line.
