A Research On Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education Of College Students In The Era Of Innovation

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a kind of teaching idea and mode which is suitable for economic and social development.It is the necessary choice to deepen the reform of higher education and the strategic choice of building an innovative country in China.To carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education is both to achieve the industrial structure transformation and upgrading of the long-term value,but also to solve the practical value of college students employment problems.Innovation and entrepreneurship education of China is still in its infancy,how to build a college innovation and entrepreneurship education system is not only an important issue of colleges and universities,but also an important content of achieveing high-level university.This paper takes A University as a case to understand the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of A University from five aspects: organization pattern,talent cultivation mechanism,curriculum setting,practical activities and faculty.Using questionnaire and interview,the university students,teachers and managers Participate in innovation and entrepreneurship education learning,teaching and management to carry out the investigation.The results show that there are problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of A university,such as poor communication and coordination,uneven distribution of resources,lack of innovation and entrepreneurial awareness,lack of innovation and entrepreneurial ability,inadequate curriculum system,lack of practical activities and insufficient support,Innovation and entrepreneurship awareness of the differences,the imperfect construction of teachers and other issues.In view of this,this paper attempts to improve the top-level design from the following aspects of specific start: improve the organizational structure,straighten out the organization and management;improve the innovative entrepreneurial curriculum system to enhance the quality of theoretical teaching;improve the entrepreneurial practice system,increase support;The introduction of outstanding talents,improve the teacher management system;attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education,create atmosphere innovation and entrepreneurship.
