The Research On College Students Referee’s Joint Training Mode By Xi’an Football Association With Colleges And Universities In Xi’an Region

In recent years,our country attaches great importance to the popularization and development of football sports,central comprehensively deepen reform leading group for the tenth meeting,reviewed and adopted the "reform and development of Chinese football overall plan".The scheme direction of China’s reform and development of football as a programmatic document,the development of football sports development in China,an important task of the construction of sports power,and football referees as one of the important influence factors in the soccer movement development,the development of football referees become more critical,but the referee college students as a "powerhouse" of China’s football referees,the cultivation of the college students’ football referees problems there are many factors,still didn’t get solve.This study combined with xi ’an football association and the development trend of the college students the referee in xi ’an region,through the literature material method,logic analysis,questionnaire and conventional statistics and expert interview method,through the management of xi ’an football association,xi ’an district judge training expert interviews,and college students football referees in Xi’ An region sampling investigation and study,the following conclusions:(1)Xi ’an region of college football referees mainly football sports special students,the referee in the majority with secondary grade,high level of referees,less exercise opportunity,lack of high level of competition generally low level of English,the referee troop overall quality improvement;(2)Xi ’an football association of the existing college soccer referee training objectives and training plan is not clear,universal coverage and recruit type relatively single,unregulated referee training content design and arrangement,Event evaluation,supervision and law enforcement and security system is not perfect;Task to select the lack of objective data to support,the selection and the recommended process openand transparent enough.(3)College students do not have approval in xi ’an region entitlement of football referee level,province football association and the lack of good communication,negotiation and didn’t get the football association has strong support of the business,has affected the enthusiasm of football fans in colleges and universities and initiative.(4)Xi ’an football association and colleges and universities in xi ’an region is currently in a primary way of cooperation,only with individual colleges and universities have a relatively loose exchanges and cooperation,the existing training mode leads to the two sides do not "resource sharing,complementary advantages," greatly influenced the construction of college students’ football referee team in xi ’an and the cultivation of reserve talented person.(5)Xi ’an football association with colleges and universities in xi ’an region shall establish joint training organizations,integrate resources,using the fa and stimulate the advantage to form joint training college football referees platform,will be as xi ’an football referees in colleges and universities reserve talented person base,setting clear referee training plan,standardize the procedures of the referee training structure and activities,and perfect training system and evaluation system.Suggestions:(1)Xi ’an football association should cooperate with colleges and universities in xi ’an region to establish the referee training base for college students,joint training college student referees in xi’ an region;Set up the college student referees management,optimize the management mechanism,based on the data,reasonable arrangement of college student referees registration,selected,to track the growth of college students the referee;(2)Xi ’an football association cooperation with colleges and universities in xi ’an region should build football communication platform,held jointly undertake high level football game,to strengthen the publicity football sports in universities,recruiting more different professional college students;(3)Play a part in college students in colleges and universities in xi ’an region advantages and leading role of soccer referee training,promote the campus propaganda,attract more interested in football referee between teachers and students to participate in football,extend the recruit type,expand material base;(4)In combination with each college student referees in xi ’an region and the teachers’ actual situation formulation corresponding referees referee trainer development plan and the colleges and universities,college students clear university student referees assessment,recommendation,public information,ensure transparency and fairness of the process of promotion;(5)Xi ’an football association jointly with the xi ’an area colleges and universities should improve college students’ referees event discipline supervision and law enforcement measures,to relevant policy to protect,carry out to solve the problems,ensure the benign development of college students’ referee and operation.
