Research On The Training Of Basketball Referees For Students Majoring In Physical Education In Colleges And Universities In Gansu Province

With the rapid development of society and the implementation of national sports,basketball is more and more popular,whether it is a high level of professional league,or grass-roots amateur competition in recent years have a rapid development,in the rapid development of basketball,there is a large demand for basketball referees;As the main force of the basketball refereeing team in Gansu Province,the students majoring in physical education in Gansu province not only need certain basketball refereeing ability in the future,but also the level of basketball referees has a direct impact on the overall development of the basketball refereeing team in Gansu province.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and Mathematical Statistics,this paper investigates and studies the students majoring in physical education in 7 colleges and universities of Northwestern Normal University,Northwest University of Nationalities,Lanzhou City College,Gansu National Teachers College,LongDong College,Tianshui Normal School and Hexi College.Investigation and analysis on the basic situation,existing problems and means and measures of basketball referees training for college students majoring in physical education in Gansu province,and the research shows that.1.The training system of referees in colleges and universities in Gansu Province is not perfect.Of the seven colleges and universities surveyed,there is only one complete refereeing training system.2.There are too few opportunities for students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Gansu province to practice outside school,and most of the students participating in the competition are in-school competitions and lack on-site practice experience.3.Students majoring in physical education in Gansu province have poor ability to use English and computer skills,and in the promotion of higher levels of adjudication,can not meet the needs of refereeing work,the international arena is difficult to communicate in spoken English.4.The lack of class arrangement for the training of students in physical education majors in Gansu Province has resulted in the lack of students theoretical knowledge and refereeing practice.5.In the training of basketball referees,colleges and universities in Gansu province have neglected the cultivation of basketball referees ' professional ethics,which leads to the weakness of students ' professional ethics consciousness and the frequent occurrence of "black whistle" phenomenon in social practice.
