Abstract/Summary:
The opening of moral education in secondary vocational schools in China began in the 1990 s.With the rapid development of economy and the constant change of teaching concept,the teaching content of moral education has changed a lot.Nowadays,the moral education in secondary vocational schools is not only the main channel of moral education,but also the important basis of quality education.However,the discipline in moral education class is not optimistic,which makes the teaching quality greatly reduced.If moral teachers spend a lot of energy on maintaining classroom discipline,it will make teachers easily feel tired in spirit.Over time,moral education teachers not only reduce the ability to manage students,but also make them lose enthusiasm for moral education.If students are in a bad learning atmosphere for a long time,it is more difficult to mobilize their enthusiasm for learning.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the moral education classroom discipline.In addition,the improvement of moral education classroom discipline,on the one hand,helps to form a harmonious teaching order,which makes the use of moral education teaching time more fully and moral education teaching more effective.On the other hand,in order to enrich the current theoretical knowledge of improving moral education classroom discipline,so as to promote the further development of the research on improving moral education classroom discipline in secondary vocational schools.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,combing and analyzing the relevant research at home and abroad,and introduces the research ideas,methods and innovations.The second part mainly expounds the related concepts of moral education classroom discipline in secondary vocational schools,the characteristics of students in secondary vocational schools,the curriculum of moral education in secondary vocational schools,the analysis of the relationship between moral education classroom discipline and the effectiveness of moral education as well as the theoretical basis.The third part mainly through the questionnaire survey and interview survey to understand the current problems of moral education classroom discipline in secondary vocational school,found that there are two major problems,one is the problem of introverted behavior;the other is the problem of extroverted behavior.At the same time,it also makes an in-depth analysis of the problems of moral education classroom discipline in secondary vocational school from the perspective of students,moral education teachers,schools,families and society.The fourth part,based on the analysis of the reasons,puts forward the countermeasures to improve the moral education classroom discipline in secondary vocational schools.At the level of students: to fully understand themselves and strengthen the sense of discipline;at the level of teachers: to improve teaching ability and optimize management skills;at the level of schools: to improve teacher evaluation mechanism and implement classroom behavior management;at the level of families: to actively cooperate with schools and enhance educational functions;at the social level: to purify the bad atmosphere and vigorously develop secondary vocational education.
