In recent years,our country secondary vocational education in the importance of thecountry and under the concern of the community to get a large development.Secondaryvocational education is committed to high-quality workers and management personneland community with professional skills training,but the school moral educationeffectiveness on the low side,students generally appear more moral issue,haveinfluenced the vocational school of stable and healthy development.Therefore,the moraleducation must be placed first,triggering educators enough attention.More than thirty years of reform and opening up,China’s modernization processand the undertakings continue to develop in depth,leading the people’s thinking andlifestyles are changing.On the one hand,the traditional concept of hard-working rich inpeople’s minds still occupies an important position,and guide people to act in goodfaith,legitimate business,on the other hand,the rise of a variety of new ideas,the influx ofdiverse values,also caused the original values shaken, especially vocational students forlife and values formation has not yet final and more vulnerable,lead to the emergence ofnew problems of vocational students in the ideological and moral formation process.In this paper, I begin to investigate this issue through the Questionnaire andinterview in2011, five professional882vocational students,some teachers toinvestigate and study in Shanxi Trade School, starting from the characteristics ofsecondary vocational education.Survey shows,students life and values vague,lack ofclear objectives;attitude to life is not clear,poor self-restraint;social responsibility is notstrong,the lack of gratitude education;psychological endurance is poor,weak-willed;lackof job readiness,career planning blind;school life monotonous,spiritual emptiness of theworld.There are four reasons:individual students in low quality;family reasons;schooland teachers are poorly managed and inadequate attention;changes in socialenvironment.According to above investigation,puts forward education countermeasures asfollows:1.Vocational students strive to improve self-discipline,self-education.2.Teachers play and real-life example of the power,for vocational students to establishmoral model.3.Update moral goal,extending moral content,rich in moral education method. 4.Strive to create a good moral formation of school,family and social environment forvocational students.The innovation of this paper place is the topic in the the questionnaire andinterview methods,focus on the moral status of vocational students and analyze thereasons, put forward the improvement suggestions.These proposals from themicroscopic views, with a strong operational,close to reality and life,and to providesome valuable reference for moral education in secondary vocational schools.
