With the rapid development of mobile technology,the state pays close attention to blended teaching management and has issued relevant policies one after another.Blended teaching management will be an important trend in future teaching management.Life is the core value of teaching,and the main body of blended teaching management is also an individual with meaning of life,so life is also the core concern of blended teaching management.Nowadays,although there are more studies on teaching management that value the value of life,there is very little research on the importance of life in blended teaching management.The current situation of blended teaching management is that technology is more important than life.The essence of life value is the awakening of life,focusing on the interaction between the subject and object of teaching management.In the self-practice management,it should be able to be placed in the field of invisible moral education,and guide the learner to develop the ability to transform the objective world through developed technology,so as to enhance aesthetic perception.This thesis is based on the value of life to explore blended teaching management.Based on the related existing theories of life value and blended teaching management,the author takes the teaching behavior of teachers as an observation point and interprets the concept and model of blended teaching management that reflects the value of life.Constructed a life teaching management model reflecting the value of life.Based on the model,the author designed relevant interview outlines and questionnaires,and then conducted interviews with 12 university teachers and 280 students in three different types of schools.Based on their interview questionnaires,combined with literature research and their own field investigations,they found that On the whole,there are many problems in the presentation of life value in blended teaching management,mainly inter-subject alienation between teachers and students,and the status is not equal;students’ independent learning ability is not strong,and teachers cannot affect students personally;flexible application of teaching resources is weak,One-way information transmission;teaching lacks thinking expansion,toomuch emphasis on tool rationality;insufficient digging of teaching resources,and the problem of low intelligence of teaching carriers.Furthermore,according to the attribution analysis in five dimensions,the author believes that the specific methods of life value in blended teaching management can be developed from the following perspectives: spiritual integration in the subject dimension,information equality;cross-time and space in the object dimension,releasing energy;method dimension Resource sharing,two-way interaction;free growth in the purpose dimension,inspiring thinking;nutrition presentation in the content dimension,and system construction.
