| With the rapid development of social economy and new requirements to the cultivation of the technical personnel,the secondary vocational school teachers’ teaching quality is closely related to the cultivation of the technical personnel,Only when the teaching skills of teachers are improved,the qualities of the technical personnel of the secondary vocational shools can be guaranteed.However,with the change of the social environment,great changes have taken place in the construction of vocational education.Meanwhile,secondary vocational school teachers’ teaching is faced with many problems,for these problems urgently needs to find a solution.As a result,at the present stage,the development of secondary vocational school teachers’ teaching research has very important significance.One of the most important measures of Improving the teaching quality of secondary vocational education is to continuously promote the development of teacher’s teaching skills.Through the improvement of teachers as well as school drive force,it’s important to enrich the professional knowledge and education theory knowledge,strengthen the teaching reflection,flexibly utilize the teaching skills,and improve the teaching abilities,so as to realize the improvement of teaching quality of teachers and students’ all-round development.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper makes a statistical analysis of secondary vocational school teachers from several aspects.They are the basic information of teachers,professional knowledge,teaching ability,teaching reflection,teaching training and the degree of schools’ attention.After the statistical analysis,the author finds the following problems in the teaching development of secondary vocational school teachers.Firstly,teachers are not responsible enogh;secondly,their professional knowledge is neither solid nor timely updated;thirdly,The education theory knowledge does not gain much attention;fourthly,the teaching abilities are insufficient,which need to be strengthened;fifthly,the abilities to conduct scientific researches are rather weak.Therefore,the author will analyze the reasons of these problems in accordance to the current situation of teaching.As for teachers themselves,they lack the awareness of self-improvement,such as the lack of the sense of refining the teaching skills,inadequate teaching reflections and the attitude of independent study.At the school level,the main reasons are unreasonable evaluation system,unsound incentive mechanism and poor teaching training.In view of these problems,the author manages to seek the development of the secondary vocational teachers’ teaching strategies.From the aspec of teachers,it is vital to strengthen the consciousness of teachers’ self-development,their teaching reflection abilities and the integration of teaching and contest.Only in this way can we improve the teachers’ knowledge and their teaching abilities.From the aspect of school,it is of great importance to build a teaching team of double teacher,and improve the teachers’ theoretical level and professional practice abilities,establish teaching development institutions for teachers to provide them with a platform for teachers.In addition,teachers’ teaching training should also be vigorously promoted to provide a steady source of motivation for teachers.In a word,through the joint efforts of teachers and the secondary vacational schools,the teaching development of the teachers will be further promoted. |
