| As an integral part of the whole education system,secondary vocational education has always been attached great importance.In order to meet the needs of social development,China actively promotes education reform,and clearly points out that we should vigorously develop secondary vocational education.In this context,how to promote the professional development of secondary vocational school teachers is particularly important.The so-called TPD refers to the process in which teachers develop their professional knowledge,professional ability,and professional spirit through continuous and professional study by themselves with various supports in order to meet the needs of secondary vocational education.On the one hand,it has the characteristics of integrity,individuality,development,practicality and so on.On the other hand,it has an inseparable connection with the characteristics like professionalism,practicality,and practicality,etc in secondary vocational education.The TPD in secondary vocational schools has a relatively stable and dynamically open content framework,the "Teacher’s Professional Development Triangle",which includes three aspects of professional knowledge,professional ability and professional spirit and those aspects can be further structurally subdivided.Regarding the promotion strategies for the professional development of secondary vocational teachers,the author used grounded theoretical research methods to code at the three levels and analyze the materials obtained through interviews with some selected secondary vocational teachers for typical case analysis in Longhui County,Shaoyang City,Hunan Province.The initial findings are variables at all levels of the professional development of county secondary vocational teachers and their relevant relations.In order to improve the level of teachers’ professional development in County Secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to make joint efforts from teachers,schools and government.Among them,teachers should make professional development plans according to their own actual situation,accumulate their own professional knowledge and strengthen the implementation of action research.At the school level,we should strengthen the promotion of school-based research,strengthen the leadership role of principals,and organize teachers’ professional learning community.At the government level,we should build a teacher training system and improve the teacher qualification system,and improve the allocation and introduction of teachers. |
