| The level of national independent innovation capability is closely related to the level of scientific research.As the main force of scientific research activities,the responsibilities and obligations of universities should not be ignored.On the one hand,in the process of seeking scientific research development,colleges and universities have become more and more aware that the smooth development of scientific research activities cannot be separated from national legislation,the importance of schools,the active participation of scientific research departments,and the joint participation of teachers and students.It is one of the important supporting links.On the other hand,since the reform and opening up,China ’s private higher education has flourished,and private higher education,vocational education,and general higher education are equally important to China ’s higher education.However,private higher education and vocational education encountered some scientific research bottlenecks in the process of development and progress.Therefore,in the process of pursuing the development of scientific research in private undergraduate colleges,how to focus on the construction of a scientific research management system has become the focus of this research.Based on the above background,this article first expounds the significance of scientific research management and scientific research management system for the development of scientific research through literature review and data interpretation.Secondly,make a holistic analysis of the current situation of scientific research management in private undergraduate colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,and analyze the causes of its scientific disadvantage from the perspective of scientific research management and scientific research management system,and improve the management and support of scientific research activities for the follow-up by improving the scientific research management system.Strength provides the foundation.Subsequently,a case study was conducted on the scientific research management system of C colleges and universities with a questionnaire survey method,and three main deficiencies of the current scientific research management system of private undergraduate colleges in Jiangxi Province were summarized:(1)the amount of scientific research funding was small,but the use restrictions were large and the budget The rigidity of project setting,the disconnection between project management and fund management;(2)the evaluation and incentive system for scientific researchers is still incomplete,the quantitative and hierarchical index design of evaluation standards is not reasonable,and material incentives occupy an absolute dominant position;(3)scientific research The management concept is not enough to keep up with the times,and the scientific research system does not guide the relevant departments in coordination and cooperation in the scientific research management.Finally,based on the system theory,incentive theory and coordination theory,two suggestions are made for the further improvement of the current scientific research management system of private undergraduate colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province:(1)optimize the scientific research management system,enrich the content,and implement it;(2)build a standardized high-quality Scientific research platform to build a good scientific research ecosystem;Improve the professional quality of scientific research management workers. |
