Research On The Management Of Scientific Research Archives In Shenyang Public Undergraduate Universities

Archives in universities are the records and witnesses of daily education,teaching,scientific research and party and government management in universities.They are important contents that can not be ignored in the process of university management.Among them,the scientific research archives are important records to prove the strength of scientific research and the competitiveness of the school,because they record all links of scientific research that did by the university's staff and students,from project setting to project closing and subsequent awards.However,in real life,the status of scientific research archives in university management have not been paid high attention and the level of management of scientific research archives have not been improved to match their value.Facing the popularization of information technology and network technology,the management of scientific research archives in universities not only needs to consolidate the foundation of traditional archives management,but also needs to constantly strengthen the process of digitalization of scientific research archives and cooperate with advanced technical means to make the management level of scientific research archives match the development level of schools and the needs of users of scientific research archives in universities.This paper will take the research archives of colleges and universities as the research object,and the scope of research will be designated as all public undergraduate colleges in Shenyang.Through the means of field research and questionnaire feedback,the research archives management data of 19 public undergraduate colleges will be obtained.The survey and questionnaire covered seven parts: the basic situation of the archives department,the personnel situation of the archives,the control of scientific research archives,the digitization of scientific research archives,the management system of scientific research archives,the utilization of scientific research archives,and suggestions on management of scientific research archives in colleges and universities.According to the obtained research data and feedback results,combined with the chart form,through the comparison and analysis method,fully understand the management of the scientific research archives of the undergraduate colleges in Shenyang.According to the research data and the analysis of the management of scientific research archives in colleges and universities,we find out the shortcomings of scientific research archives management in colleges and universities.Including insufficient communication between university archives departments and scientific research departments,backward archives management systems in universities,low degree of attention to scientific research archives management in universities,the quality of scientific research archives management personnel in universities needs to be improved,low degree of digitization of scientific research archives in universities,and overly conservative use patterns of scientific research archives in universities.On this basis,aiming at the problem of scientific research archives management in colleges and universities,combining the specific conditions of the state,society,and universities,using theoretical knowledge and practical application,make corresponding recommendations for improvement from the aspects of the strength of scientific research archives collection in universities,the construction of university management systems,the digitization of university scientific research archives,the scope of intellectual property rights of university scientific research archives,and the scope of scientific research archives utilization,to provide reference for the scientific research management work of universities in reality,to strengthen the management of scientific research archives,to promote the digital management of scientific research archives in universities,to give full play to the value of scientific research archives,and to raise the level of scientific research archives management in Shenyang and other colleges and universities that are applicable in nationwide.
