The sense of rhythm is crucial in sports, especially in aerobic gymnastics.By intervening with rhythm-enhanced training in aerobic gymnastics instruction and based on questionnaire evaluations and the dynamic changes of music rhythm,a music database for rhythm-enhanced training was established for college students in aerobic gymnastics. The purpose was to explore the effects of rhythm-enhanced training on the performance and psychological smoothness of college students in aerobic gymnastics.Methods:42 students of aerobics general course of social sports guidance and manage ment major of Jiangxi Normal University were selected to fill in relevant information for sc reening. After excluding injuries, diseases and relevant training experiences, they were rand omly divided into 15 control groups and 15 experimental groups.Using the Brunel Music R ating Questionnaire(3rd Edition),construct a rhythm training music library;Using the Chin ese version of the State Fluency Experience Scale(FSS-2)to measure psychological fluenc y status;A 16 week rhythm reinforcement training teaching experiment was conducted usin g a pre and post test experimental design of the experimental group and the control group;Using E-prime software to investigate the behavioral performance of college students befor e and after the experiment;SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to perform a significance test(P<0.05)on the data, mainly using independent sample T-test,paired sample T-test,an d Pearson correlation analysis methods.Results:(1)The construction of the music library found that the BRMI-1 questionnaire was not suitable for Chinese college students, and the BRMI-3 questionnaire was obtained; It was fo und that the preferred rhythm range for sports athletes’ music is the fast rhythm range(132b pm-159bpm);The formal experiment identified 20 highly motivated music pieces as the co ntent of the music database and constructed a music library.(2)The behavioral results showed that after sixteen weeks of rhythm reinforcement trai ning,a significant reduction in auditory error(P<0.01),a significant increase in auditory ac curacy(P<0.05),and a significant increase in auditory joint sense accuracy(P<0.05)were o bserved in the experimental group compared to the control group before and after the test.H owever, the control group showed no significant differences in auditory and visual indicator s(P>0.05);The pre test comparison between groups showed that all indicators were not sig nificant(P>0.05).The post test comparison between groups showed that the auditory error i n the experimental group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the auditory accuracy rate wa s significantly increased(P<0.05),and the auditory joint sense accuracy rate was significant ly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in visual indicators(P>0.05).(3)The performance results of technical movements showed that after the intervention of rhythm reinforcement training, compared with the control group, the experimental group showed improvements in the accuracy(P<0.01),intensity,correctness,and coordination of movements with music(P<0.05).The total score of technical assessment showed that comp ared with the control group, the total score of technical actions in the experimental group si gnificantly improved(P<0.05).(4)The results of psychological fluency state showed that the nine dimensions(M ± S D)were challenge skill balance(14.87 ± 1.86),action consciousness fusion(10.67 ± 2.52),clear goals(12.2 ± 1.76),clear feedback(15.4 ± 3.16),focus on the current task(15.67 ± 2.09),sense of control(11.2 ± 1.94),loss of self-awareness(12 ± 2.78),time shift(13.13 ± 2.391)Experience of enjoyment(14.93 ± 1.948);The total score(M ± SD)of the Simplified State Fluency Scale-2(FSS-2)was 120.07 ± 11.02.(5)The results showed that the fluency of technical movements in the experimental gr oup was significantly positively correlated with the total score of the scale(P<0.05),the coo rdination of movements was significantly positively correlated with the total score of FSS-2(P<0.05),and the correctness of movements was significantly positively correlated with the total score of the scale(P<0.05);There is a significant positive correlation between the tota l score of the final grade and the total score of the scale(P<0.05);The fluency of actions is significantly positively correlated with clear feedback(P<0.05),the coordination of actions is significantly positively correlated with loss of self-awareness(P<0.05),self-expression is significantly positively correlated with enthusiasm and clear goals(P<0.05),and self-expre ssion is significantly positively correlated with enthusiasm and clear feedback(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)BMRI-1 is not suitable for college students in China. There are similarities between the music preferences of athletes and sports majors, and the music library for aerobics rhyt hm strengthening training has been successfully constructed.(2)Behavioral experiments have shown that rhythm reinforcement training can affect t he auditory perception ability of college students, but has no effect on vision.(3)Sixteen week rhythm strengthening training can improve the accuracy, strength,co rrectness of technical movements in sports performance,as well as the degree of coordinati on between movements and music.(4)There was a positive relationship between the performance of technical movements and the state of mental fluency after rhythmic intensive training.Mental fluency improves t he fluency, coordination and correctness of technical movements, thus improving the total s core of technical movements.
