The world badminton world changes,China’s badminton mass foundation is deep,once won the champion of the international badminton federation competition.In the new era,badminton is developing rapidly in our country.In the process of deepening reform and comprehensive management,badminton teaching methods and training methods are constantly improved.However,there are few deficiencies in the research on the innovation of teaching method of badminton for children and teenagers.This study mainly uses the method of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics and expert interview to conduct an experimental study on the foot movement technology effect of 8-12 years old badminton beginners by using rhythm training method,and to explore the influence of rhythm training method and traditional training method on the foot movement technology of badminton beginners.All of these are promoting the teaching method innovation of Chinese children and teenagers badminton.According to the study:(1)within a certain period of time,rhythm training method has no significant influence on body shape(height,weight,lung capacity),and rhythm training method cannot rapidly improve the indicators of body shape.(2)both rhythm training method and traditional training method can improve footwork skills,but at the same time,footwork convergence of the experimental group is more fluent,footwork speed and flexibility is better,indicating that rhythm training method is more effective than traditional training method.(3)after the rhythm training,the one-minute skipping performance of the experimental group was improved by a greater extent than that of the control group,suggesting that the rhythm training method promoted the formation of good skill transfer for badminton beginners.(4)in the process of rhythm training,students with weak sense of rhythm will be unable to find the rhythm for a long time,resulting in boredom and affecting the learning progress.Based on this,the author suggests:(1)When using the rhythm training method to teach,the training content and intensity should be reasonably arranged according to the students’ physical quality to achieve the purpose of enhancing physical quality.(2)on the basis of correct technical movements,the training of sense of rhythm should be strengthened.The correct structure of technical movements should be firmly established,and the rhythm should not be blindly emphasized while the correctness of technical movements should not be neglected.(3)different rhythms should be designed in different links to make the rhythm run through the whole training course.Use different rhythms to develop a sense of rhythm and improve skill transfer ability.(4)when teaching with rhythm training method,the sense of rhythm of footwork movement should be emphasized.The tempo must combine with the actual training content as well as the student accepts the ability to conform,cannot copy mechanically,generalize.
