| In our country,the development of social economy,the rural labor force transfer problem has always been closely watched,there is still a surplus labor force in agriculture industry current situation,the transfer of rural surplus labor to non-agricultural industries and urban areas can effectively improve agricultural labor productivity,and can provide non-agricultural industries with a large number of labor,in order to satisfy the demands of the development of the second and third industry,at the same time,the process of the development of urban areas,also need a lot of labor to assume the responsibility of the urban construction,rural labor transfer is the inevitable trend of the economic and social development of our country.Education is one of the important factors affecting labor transfer,and rural residents of different genders have certain differences in education opportunities,employment opportunities,family division of labor,etc.,so will rural residents of different genders also have differences in the process of transferring to cities and non-agricultural industries? This paper will carry out research on this background.Based on the theory of human capital theory,labor transfer and economic discrimination theory,seek different gender of rural residents of the education level of the internal relationship between labor transfer,and to explore by the education opportunities and employment differences between men and women,under the premise of farmers’ level of education and the relationship between farmers’ employment choice,studying whether education made an impact on rural labor transfer,and compare the degree of education,the difference of the impact of rural labor transfer finally according to China’s current social development level,especially in combination with the special needs of the development of rural areas,put forward the proposal,So that rural education can better serve the rural labor transfer,at the same time,to a certain extent,promote the rural labor transfer gender ratio gradually toward a reasonable.This paper study the data mainly from China education statistical yearbook,China rural statistical yearbook and other statistical yearbook and Beijing normal university,research institutes CHIP2013 figures released by the China’s income distribution,first uses the method of qualitative research,education to the influence of rural labor force transfer mechanism and the influence of different gender differences,and by adopting the method of econometric analysis,establishing education model for the measurement of the rural labor force shift,and could be divided into different variables gender logistics regression analysis respectively,to explore education on gender differences in the effect of rural labor transfer.Through the combination of theoretical and empirical methods,this paper finally completes the following contents :(1)the status and characteristics of rural labor transfer and rural education in China;(2)analyze the influence mechanism of rural residents’ education level on rural labor force transfer and the reasons for gender differences;(3)empirically test and compare the difference in the impact of education on rural labor transfer under different genders.The following conclusions are drawn :(1)there are obvious gender differences in the transfer of rural labor force in China;(2)when education affects the transfer of rural labor force,it will affect gender differences;(3)in the process of off-farm transfer of rural labor force,women are affected by more factors than men;(4)in the process of regional labor transfer,men and women are more inclined to stay in the local status quo.Based on the above research content and process,this paper finally gives the following policy Suggestions :(1)vigorously develop rural education,improve the basic quality of farmers;(2)improve the employment competitiveness of rural residents and promote the transfer of rural labor force;(3)protect women’s rights and interests and achieve gender equality. |
