| As a popular fitness method,high intens ity interval training(HIIT)has attracted more and more people’s attention and favor.As a time-saving,simple and efficient training method,high-intens ity interval training is more and more accepted by contemporary college students.However,some people do not know the training methods and the sports effects,and unscientific training will lead to certain sports risks.Therefore,this paper selects a two-month high-intens ity intermittent training experiment,through the recording of experimental data,analyzes the impact of HIIT on the physical quality of college girls,and gives some training suggestions to college students who carry out HIIT training.In order to exclude the influence of some irrelevant variables,20 students were selected for a small sample study,aged between18-22 years old.Except for the weekly sports,there was no systematic exerc ise and regular physical activity.Through PAR-Q(revised in2002)physical activity questionnaire and AHA / ACSM health / fitness organization pre exercise screening questionnaire to screen(see Appendix).The main research method is experimental method,and the experimental model is unequal experimental group and control group.Twenty college volunteers were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group was controlled by high-intensity interval training,while the control group was controlled by non regular exercise.Before the experiment,the physical health was measured.After the intervention of the experiment,the post test results were recorded,the pre-test and post test design of the experimental group and the control group were analyzed,and the post test comparison of the experimental group and the control group was conducted.The t test in the parameter test was used to test the average of the difference scores of the pre-test and post test of the two groups.Thus,the influence of high-intens ity intermittent training prescription on the physical health test results of female college students is analyzed.The physical health test items are selected from the test items of college girls in the national student physical health standard,including vital capacity,seat forward bending,standing long jump,50 meter run,800 meter run and 1 minute sit up.The results showed that after two months of high-intens ity interval training experiment,the vital capacity,standing long jump,50 meter run,800 meter run and 1 minute s it up in the experimental group were s ignificantly different from the data in the front of the experiment(P ≤ 0.01),and the body forward bending in the sitting position was significantly different(P ≤ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the experimental data of the control group.Conclusion: the high-intens ity interval training can effectively improve the human body’s functional quality,especially the strength and endurance.It has a positive effect on the development of College Students’ vital capacity,standing long jump,50 meter run,800 meter run and 1 minute sit up test items,but not on the improvement of flexibility.Although the training effect of HIIT is good,some safety matters should be paid attention to while conducting HIIT training.At the same time,this study is a small sample study,which is not representative of the application of high-intensity interval training in college classroom,so further study should be carried out in the future.The experimental scheme and sports suggestions provide some reference for HIIT trainers. |
