| Research purposes: High intensity interval training(HIIT)for improving general health people health level,to reduce the dangerous factors,and the training time is short and effect is good,for learning is busy,the body gradually mature mode of university students is a very good training,and HIIT penetration is low in the university campus.This experiment by studying the high-intensity intermittent training of students’ physique health test,compared to the traditional medium strength training(MICT),to explore the efficiency of improving the students’ sports and the training of the students’ physique health test result make HIIT is popular with college students’ sports mode,promote the development of college students’ physical and mental health is good.Research methods: this article through the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,test method and mathematical statistics,the recruitment for the Beijing sports university are not trained in the system of the undergraduates,through analysis of experimental data of the side out to experiment standard of 60 students by random allocation,60 subjects were divided into men and women,boys and girls controls 15 people in each group,after 8 weeks of training,and students’ physique health test after the experiment,the statistical analysis of the side of the experiment data,the following conclusions:(1)In terms of body shape,both HIIT and MICT training can significantly improve the BMI index of college students.Among them,the effect of HIIT is better,but there is no significant improvement effect over the latter.(2)In terms of physical function: Both HIIT and MICT training can significantly improve the vital capacity of ordinary college students.Among them,HIIT has a better effect,but it does not show a significant improvement over the latter.Effect.(3)In terms of physical fitness: In terms of strength,HIIT has significantly improved in opposite long jumps,pull-ups,and sit-ups.MICT has improved to three levels,but only in sit-ups has significantly improved,and pull-ups and standing long jumps have improved significantly.The results are not good;in endurance quality,both types of training can have very significant endurance running levels,and the HIIT improvement effect is significantly better than that of MICT;in terms of speed and sensitivity,MICT is not effective in training for 50 meters,but HIIT can significantly improve Results,the effect is significantly better than the former;In terms of flexibility,although HIIT improves the effect better than MICT,neither of the two trainings can significantly improve the performance of seated forward bending.(4)In terms of the total scores of college students ’physical fitness tests: HIIT and MICT training can both improve the total scores of college students’ physical fitness tests,and have a positive impact on the physical fitness of college students.The experimental results of HIIT are better than MICT.(5)Acceptability of the subjects: From the feedback of the subjects after this experiment,the satisfaction of the HIIT group was 90%,and the satisfaction of MICT was 93%.Out of higher levels. |
