Under the influence of China’s special basic national conditions,it has become normal for the labor force population in rural areas to move to the coastal cities.However,when parents work outside,children usually stay at home to live and study,and those children separated from their parents in rural areas are rural left-behind children.Since 2013,hangzhou chunan county to promote the rural left-behind children security work,and the aged 3-17 years old of children and adolescents as security object,introduced a crime prevention of rural left-behind children and a series of education activities,carry out the education resources from multiple aspects of financing activities,through social donations,policy tilt preliminary implementation methods such as the improvement of the chunan county rural left-behind children education problem.Based on the investigation of the chunan county in hangzhou city with visits to determine local rural left-behind children education situation,and based on the practice,analysis of chunan county in the practical problems existing in the rural left-behind children education,and connecting with the actual situation of optimization and improvement of the corresponding measures are put forward,aiming at region and even the whole country to thoroughly solve the problem of rural left-behind children to provide guidance. |
