So far, the local government according to the local actual have launched the left-behind children education activities. Left-behind children’s education is facing severe situation eased to some extent.In this paper, under the guidance of the government behavior theory and the theory of government functions, by using the method of case study and literature research, analysis of government behavior of left-behind children education through a case-Zhecheng County coping, summarize the education problems of left-behind children’s performance, analysis of the current situation of the government behavior, to explore the reasons of government education problems of left-behind children, and according to these reasons topropose the corresponding countermeasure. Conclusion:the educational problems of left-behind children is long-term, universality, complexity, comprehensiveness, in socialist China, the government plays a dominant role in state and social affairs, the mobilization and allocation of social resources of power and ability, to solve the education problems of left-behind children, must establish the dominant position of the government, play the main role of the government.
