W County Rural Oarding Middle School Left-behind Children Education Problems And Countermeasures Research

Due to the demand for industrialization and urbanization,China is at the critical stage of economic social transformation and the highlight of social contradictions at present,the city and the migrant workers have formed a link between "who can’t get away from each other".Because of the restriction of the system,left-behind children as a derivative of migrant workers into the city,the lack of affection and discipline for a long time,not only affects the healthy growth of left-behind children and the improvement of national quality,but also affect the construction of harmonious society and social stability.Therefore,carrying out this research is of great realistic significance to the development of economic society in the future.In this paper,the students and the head teacher of 9 rural boarding middle school in W county were investigated.Some left-behind children,the head teacher and the school administrator for the interview.Combine the successful cases in my teaching,through access to books,new web site,and academic research data,this paper expounds the W county left-behind children in the life,learning and psychological aspects has many bad performance,and the left-behind children in W county were further analyzed.Main problems and causes in education,Face the above problems and reasonsThis paper puts forward feasible Suggestions from four aspects: family,school administrators,head teachers and government management.We will build a rural left-behind children’s guarantee system for families,schools and governments.Thus,the healthy growth of left-behind children in rural areas is provided with good guarantee...
