Research On The Evolution And Governance Of Internet Public Opinion In The Field Of Education

In recent years,various hotspots of public opinion on the Internet in the field of education have emerged in an endless stream.Problems of education reform,student development,ethics and education,and education policy issues have repeatedly become hot spots of public opinion.The intensification of various contradictions and the irrational expression of netizens continue to trigger the crisis of online public opinion in the field of education,interfere with the normal educational order,dwarf the image of "human soul engineer",and arouse widespread public attention.Internet public opinion in the field of education has an indispensable influence on promoting the sustainable development of education in my country and building a good educational ecological environment.Although the education department has improved its ability to cope with public opinion in the field of education year by year,there are still many public opinion hot spots in the education field that have caused a crisis of public opinion due to inadequate response and improper handling measures,and even triggered a secondary crisis of public opinion.Therefore,grasping its regular development trend and scientifically guiding its development are of great significance to promoting the healthy development of China’s education.This article takes 27 public opinion hotspot incidents from 2010 to 2019 as examples.First,it discusses the basic characteristics of online public opinion in the field of education from the perspective of the main body,content,channel,and region.Second,it summarizes the evolutionary laws of the three stages of the generation of network public opinion in the education field,fermentation,diffusion,and reduction.First,the law of public opinion generation based on the main exposure of the event;second,the law of linear ascending diffusion and chain reaction.The third is the time-lapse reduction rule and the response-quiet reduction rule.Finally,the necessity of network public opinion guidance in the field of education leads to its countermeasures,which can be classified,stratified,and segmented from specific measures such as "information monitoring,research,early warning,response,public opinion guidance,and feedback accountability".
