Research On The Participants And Topic Evolution Of Internet Public Opinion Topics ——A Case Study Of "Zheng Shuang's Surrogacy"

With the development of the Internet,the rapid dissemination of network information has made the formation and development of public opinion topics more complicated and inconstant.In order to study the characteristics of participants in public opinion topics and the relationship between their participation behavior and the evolution of the topic,this paper takes the topic of "Zheng Shuang's surrogacy" in January 2021 as a case,and divides it from the dissemination stage of public opinion topics and the categories of participants.,the evolution of topics and emotions,analyze the participants and topic evolution of domestic Internet public opinion topics,and the conclusions were drawn as followed:First of all,the discussion on the public opinion topic of "Zheng Shuang's surrogacy" revolves around the three key points of the artist's failure,surrogacy and abandonment.The communication stage of the topic is divided into five stages:incubation period,outbreak period,spread period,remission period and long tail period.The whole process showed the characteristics of sudden outbreak,high topic popularity,and significant long-tail effect.Secondly,the types of participating subjects in public opinion topics are diverse,and the circles and fans are comprehensively covered.Based on the stakeholder theory,they can be mainly divided into four parts: involved subjects,news media,state organs and institutional groups,and third-party netizens.The interest demands of each participant in different dissemination stages of the topic are different,and the game between stakeholders promotes the constant dissemination and development of the topic.Third,analyze the text corpus in public opinion topics,and find that topics and emotions influence and promote each other in the process of their respective evolution.However,a large number of negative emotions can easily lead to topics that are stagnant and stay in emotional catharsis;while serious topics can help emotions calm down and restore rationality.In addition,the differences and interactions between official and unofficial public opinion fields can promote social consensus and the cohesion of positive energy.On this basis,feasible suggestions are provided for the monitoring and guidance of public opinion topics.The government and relevant responsible departments need to take various measures on the basis of the different stages of the public opinion topics.In the early stage of the topic,they should pay attention to timely responses and establish good social credibility.In the stage of topic outbreak and dissemination,big data means should be used to grasp the trend of topics and public sentiment,and explore the nature and focus of events and topics,so as to conduct effective public opinion guidance.
