With the rapid development of China’s knowledge economy,the state has increased policy support for education and training.As an important part of education and training,private education has maintained a good momentum of rapid development in recent years,especially the one on one training,which mainly meets the individual training needs of students,has developed rapidly.In some third tier cities,the market development potential of one on one training industry is huge,but at the same time,the development of some training schools is restricted by the development factors of human resources in the region,resulting in difficulties and sluggish development.As the core competitiveness of training schools,human resources play a crucial role in the economic benefits and future development of training schools.The thesis takes the one on one industry in Xiangyang,a third tier city,as the research object.First of all,through questionnaire,personnel interview,field visit and other research methods,we have a detailed understanding of the actual situation of human resource management in the one on one training industry.Second,we have an analysis of the existing problems and causes of the current one on one industry human resource management.Thirdly,according to the analysis and combing of the problems combined with the theory of human resource management,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the one on one industry human resource management in Xiangyang,mainly in terms of clarifying the importance of the theory of human resource management,strictly formulating the selection and employment system,optimizing the salary performance model,reasonable and effective training and promotion mechanism,and building a united corporate culture In order to break through the management bottleneck in one on one training industry and promote the development of the industry.Based on the systematic consideration of the background of one on one training industry in the third tier cities,the thesis puts forward countermeasures and measures to solve the relevant human resource problems for the development of one on one training industry in the third tier cities,to ensure that the system can be feasible,and then provides some ideas for the long-term development of one on one training industry in the third tier cities.
