Investigation And Analysis Of The Current Management Status Of Taekwondo Clubs In Some Third-tier Cities In Sichuan Province

Relative to some of the third-tier cities in Sichuan Province Taekwondo club management status,although the industry is still in the initial stage of development,but has been facing serious bottlenecks in development.The competition in the industry is serious,the price war prevails in the market,the profit rate of the enterprises in the industry is too low,and even some Taekwondo Clubs "Pao Pao Pao" phenomenon has seriously damaged the whole image of the industry,resulting in the industry as a whole In the stage of development stagnation.We hope that through the third-tier cities in Sichuan Province Taekwondo Club,the status of the investigation and analysis to find new ways of development and growth opportunities.In this paper,30 Taekwondo clubs in Mianyang,Deyang and Suining of Sichuan province were investigated by means of literature,questionnaire,observation and mathematical statistics.With the management of 30 Taekwondo clubs,90 taekwondo club coaches and randomly selected 600 taekwondo club students as the object of investigation to explore the taekwondo club in the course of the difficulties encountered and problems,to understand Mianyang,Deyang,Suining and other regions taekwondo club business status,to Provide convenient and economic fitness services as a market positioning,we can find part of the third-tier cities in Sichuan Taekwondo Club project there is a huge space for development.Based on the investigation and analysis of 30 Taekwondo clubs in Mianyang,Deyang and Suining,the author finds that the main factors that affect the development of Taekwondo clubs are as follows: Taekwondo club market competition is very fierce and students' relationship management is not enough.The quality of the coaches is low,the age is relatively younger,their qualifications and teaching experience can not meet the needs of consumers;Taekwondo club industry concentration is low,the lack of uniform formal syllabus and training materials,basic supporting facilities are not perfect;Taekwondo club by their own limitations,social recognition of Taekwondo is not high.To promote the development of Mianyang,Deyang,Suining three cities taekwondo club strategy: to improve and integrate the use of taekwondo hardware resources to achieve greater profit margins;spontaneous training of high-quality personnel,through training courses and other means to improve the number of coaches talent;To strengthen professional skills to attract industry leaders;use of mobile Internet marketing taekwondo club to increase publicity.
