Under the new normal,the supply-demand relationship of talents has undergone profound changes,and the demand for application-oriented talents,innovative talents,and compound talents is increasing.At present,universities in China have not actually achieved output-oriented training of talents.The talent training system has not yet been fully formed,and the discipline setting and talent training model in universities have been severely challenged.Various colleges and universities have seized opportunities,gathered resources,highlighted their characteristics,developed differently,and worked hard to improve the quality of schooling.As the first-line teaching management organization of colleges and universities,the teaching college is a practitioner of the development strategy of the university.When the unit development strategy changes,how to develop a win-win performance assessment system that meets the needs of the overall development and is conducive to self-improvement is the main research of this thesis problem.This thesis mainly analyzes the existing performance management of the college by analyzing the development status and existing performance evaluation system of Hubei A Teachers College,and the existing performance evaluation system,combined with the development strategy of “constructing application-oriented teacher colleges with distinctive characteristics” established in the new period.Study,analyze and summarize the problems,propose countermeasures for further improvement,decompose the school’s annual target assessment index system for the teaching academy to the internal organizations of the college,and link the organizational assessment goals with the key indicators of personal performance assessment through job responsibility analysis Together,the organization’s goals can be achieved,and the school’s strategy can be implemented.Based on the existing performance appraisal theory,this thesis’ s research topic is based on extensive reading and research of domestic and foreign college performance appraisal related literature.It mainly uses case analysis,interviews and questionnaires to find existing specific problems,and through the use of KPI index extraction and other methods optimize the existing performance evaluation system to make it more timely,appropriate and suitable for the management of the tea ching academy.It has certain reference and reference for the strategic performance evaluation system of higher education industry to penetrate into the first-line teaching units,and to improve the scientificity of the performance evaluation of secondary colleges and universities under the two-level management mode.
