| Secondary vocational education is an important part of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents in China.The informatization teaching ability of vocational teachers directly affects the training quality of vocational college talents.Research and construct the structure of informatization teaching ability of vocational teachers to accurately grasp the information of vocational teachers.The promotion of teaching ability and the influencing factors of classroom teaching activities,comprehensively promote the professional development of teachers.Through the analysis of the literature related to the subject of teachers’ information teaching ability,it is found that the domestic research shows a rising stage of fluctuation,but the practical research is still relatively small.In the form of comparative analysis,the study selected the "National Teacher Education Technology Standards" in the United States,the "Teacher Information and Communication Technology Capability Standards" of the United Nations,and the "Professional Standards for Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools(Trial)" and "Educational Technology for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" Competency Standards ",and analyzed these technical competence standards.Through the content analysis,induction,and integration of the first-level index,second-level index keywords,and third-level index,the five competence dimensions of awareness and responsibility,knowledge and skills,design and development,process and method,research and development are put forward as the core The ability structure model is used as the theoretical basis for the analysis of the vocational teachers’ informational teaching ability structure.In order to analyze the structure of the vocational teachers’ informatized teaching ability,the research theory is based on the comprehensive development of human beings and teachers’ professional theories.The research methods used are literature analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis.Combining expert suggestions,the vocational vocational school has been initially constructed.The teacher’s informatization teaching ability structure model and classroom informatization behavior coding table,and the VBA code function in EXCEL were used to develop and develop the classroom informatization behavior analysis system;finally,the classroom informatization behavior analysis system was used in the national vocational skill contest.The winning class examples of the first prize in the classroom teaching competition of the vocational group were sampled and quantified,and the characteristics of China’s current vocational classroom informatization behavior and the structure of vocational teachers’ informatization teaching ability were analyzed.Finally,the conclusions reached:(1)Constructed the structure model of informatization teaching ability of middle vocational teachers under the information environment,the interactive coding table and interactive behavior analysis system of classroom behavior;(2)the interactive behavior of classroom teachers and students is reflected by data More precise,it provides data support for the application and research of teachers’ information technology,and can also provide a basis for promoting teachers’ information teaching ability.(3)Secondary vocational teachers should change their concepts,deeply integrate technology and courses,constantly optimize and adjust instructional design,give full play to the role of information technology in the classroom,and improve the learning effect of students. |
