| With the promulgation of national policies and the rapid development of education,preschool education has gradually gained people’s attention in China’s education system.The government has also incorporated preschool education reform into the national medium-and long-term education reform and development plan,further promoting the development of preschool education.However,the current situation shows that the development of preschool education is still weak,lacking a large number of high-quality early childhood education talents,which still lags far behind the development level of preschool education in developed countries.Therefore,China advocates to strengthen the training of preschool teachers.Secondary vocational schools have taken on this responsibility,and many have set up preschool education programs to train preschool teachers and solve the problem of social talent shortage.The cultivation of practical wisdom of preschool education students in secondary vocational schools directly affects their practical ability and future work development.Therefore,it is of great significance to cultivate practical wisdom in preschool education in research schools.Taking many secondary vocational schools in guangdong province as an example,this paper conducted a survey and interview on the professional practice teaching of 620 students from different grades and 5 professional teachers in 5 secondary vocational schools through the research methods of questionnaire survey and interview.Through investigation and interviews,found that the current secondary vocational school pre-school education major students for the practice teaching of schools offer degree of satisfaction is not high,their basic understanding of the professional characteristics and the basic work of pre-school education teaching,but in practice still exist deficiencies,such as lack of pertinence in the design of teaching activities,teaching activities implementation of imitation is too strong,for young children’s lack of support and guidance from a strategic and so on,so schools should focus on their education practice wisdom.Aiming at the dissatisfaction of current students and the deficiency of educational practice wisdom,this study combined with the survey data to deeply analyze the existing problems.Through the analysis,it realized that the main problems currently exist are: single form of practice and lack of opportunities,limited guiding role ofpractice teachers,and weak practical wisdom of professional students.In view of the existing problems in the professional practice teaching of preschool secondary vocational education,this paper puts forward several Suggestions,including determining the specific talent training objectives,optimizing the curriculum structure,reforming the teaching methods,improving the practice links,etc.,and promoting the quality of professional practice teaching with the guidance of practical wisdom. |
