Online aggressive behavior is a derivative form of traditional attack, which is a new form of harm based on the development of the Internet. While trait anger is a personality trait closely related to aggressive behavior, rumination responses plays an important role between trait anger and aggressive behavior. Therefore, this study takes this as the subject, and on the basis of exploring the relationship between trait anger, ruminative responses and online aggressive behavior of college students,it intervenes ruminative responses and trait anger of college students through group training of mindfulness meditation,so as to help reduce online aggressive behavior of college students. This study is divided into two parts. The first part aims to explore the current situation and relationship between trait anger, rumination responses and online aggressive behavior of college students. The TAS,RRS and AOABS were used to survey 574 students in three universities in Heilongjiang province. The second study aims to explore the intervention effect of mindfulness meditation training on rumination responses, trait anger and online aggressive behavior of college students. The AOABS was used to select 24 college students with online aggressive behavior from the recruited subjects, which were divided into the experimental group(12)and the control group(12).The experimental group was given mindfulness meditation training for 6 weeks, and the experimental effect was evaluated according to the comparison of before and after measurement variables. The main results are as follows:(1)The incidence of online aggressive behaviors among college students is about 76.1%,and the incidence of instrumental attacks and reactive attacks are both about 75.6%.(2)The t-test of independent samples showed that there were significant gender differences in the total score of trait anger and its dimensions of college students, and female college students were higher than male college students.(3)Univariate anova showed that there were significant grade differences in trait anger, rumination responses and online aggressive behavior of college students. There are significant differences in the dimensions of forced thinking of rumination responses among college students, and the forced thinking of science and engineering majors’ college students is higher than literature and history majors’ college students.(4)Correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between trait anger, rumination responses and online aggressive behavior of college students.Trait anger and rumination responses have significant predictive effect on online aggressive behavior.(5)The mediating effect test shows that rumination responses has a significant mediating effect between trait anger and online aggressive behavior of college students.(6)Before and after mindfulness meditation training, there was a significant difference in the total scores of rumination responses, trait anger and reactive anger in the experimental group, while there was no significant change in temperamental anger and online aggressive behavior. There was no significant difference in rumination responses, trait anger and online aggressive behavior in the control group. To sum up,this study mainly draws the following conclusions:firstly, rumination responses plays a mediating role between trait anger and online aggressive behavior of college students.Trait anger can affect online aggressive behavior directly, but also can affect online aggressive behavior indirectly through the mediating role of rumination responses.Secondly, mindfulness meditation training can improve rumination responses and reactive anger of college students effectively, and has some intervention effect on temperamental anger and online aggressive behavior, but it does not reach the significant statistical significance.
