Career ideal is the ideological basis and goal orientation of the college students’ employment.It plays adjusting and incentive role in the individual career development,and it has an important influence on college students’ career choice and career development in the future.Xinjiang minority college students,as the main force in the development of various undertakings in Xinjiang,are an indispensable human resource for Xinjiang to build a well-off society in an all round way and realize the great leap forward development.Guiding the minority college students in Xinjiang to set up a scientific career ideal can not only help college students clear career direction,enhance learning motivation,but also lay the foundation for the sustainable development of full employment and career development of Xinjiang minority college students.Under the guidance of Marx’s Theory,this research combines the research results of sociology,pedagogy and other social sciences.Taking the career ideal of Xinjiang minority college students as the main line,it bases on the research ideas of overview of the theory--the status quo investigation and analysis—analysis of the influencing factors--put forward countermeasures.By means of literature research,questionnaire survey and case interview,it investigates and researches on the status quo of career ideal from the three dimensions of career choice,career achievement assumption and career realization means.From the aspects of society,school,family and individual,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the career ideal of Xinjiang minority college students.At last,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to cultivate the career ideal of Xinjiang minority College Students.The study results are as follows:(1)Xinjiang minority college students are more focused on the choice of career and geographical location and most of them choose to work relatively stable state organs and institutions.They want to stay in the small towns in Xinjiang to achieve their career ideal.(2)In terms of career achievement assumption,this paper makes comparison from six aspects of specialty,category,grade,ethnic group,gender,urban and rural areas.It is found that the differences in prestige and status,safety and balance,opportunity and contribution,life and security of Xinjiang minority college students are not significant.(3)In the aspect of the career realization means,Xinjiang minority college students generally think that the individual,the family,the employer and the society are the important means for the individual to realize the career ideal.The role of individuals and employers in the process of realizing the career ideal will be more prominent.(4)Through the empirical analysis,it is found that the cognition of Xinjiang minority college students on career ideal is blind,the positioning is not accurate,but also affected by the social environment,the traditional concept of family,school education and other aspects of the impact.Therefore,the cultivation of the career ideal for Xinjiang minority college students needs to guide the students’ understanding of the career ideal and improve their comprehensive quality,improve the educational environment in the family and change parents traditional concept of career,strengthen the construction of vocational guidance teachers and the guidance of vocational ideal education.By seeking the correct guidance of the society and the role of the government,we can form the system of cultivating the career ideal.We can create a good atmosphere to help minority college students to establish a correct view of occupation,and realize their career ideals.
