To build a right view of occupation and values is thekey and precondition to solve the problem of graduates employment. Scientific andrational career outlook can guide students to adapt to society and to promote fullemployment，benefit them in the proper awareness of career achieve their professionalideals. In this article，taking Anhuiagriculture university as an example, we make the questionnaire to analyze the currentpositive trend of the graduate job and the presence of different kinds of errors.Overall，college students’ employment psychology tend is optimistic, independentawareness is strong, competitive consciousness constantly is improving, and creativeconsciousness is increasingly serious; but at the same time in the process of applyingfor job,there are also some misunderstandings, which are the phenomenon of wrongcareer orientation,high employment expectations，blind high job goals，utilitarianapplying motivation，dishonest contracts and divorce of the ideal and the reality.According to the results of survey，the author find the reasons for the formation of thegraduate employment from the main factors of internal ego and external environmental，as so to discuss the countermeasures of the adjustment of collegestudents career outlook in new era.
