| Puberty is a stage in which secondary sexual characteristics appear and sexual organs gradually mature.At this stage,junior high school students experience changes in all aspects of their sexual psychology and face a series of psychological crises.However,due to many factors,there are relatively few studies on sexual mental health.Therefore,it is particularly important to reveal the current status and influencing factors of junior high school students ’sexual psychology,and to develop junior high school students’ sexual mental health activity courses that meet the needs of students and meet social requirements.The thesis used "Adolescent Sexual Mental Health Questionnaire","Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnosis Scale","Parental Education Method" and other tools to conduct a questionnaire survey on720 junior high school students in Wenzhou City,to explore the level of sexual mental health of junior high school students,and analyze the influencing factors.On this basis,40 students with low sexual mental health scores were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,of which 20 students in the experimental group received 8-week sexual mental health group counseling;the control group did not accept Any intervention to explore the effects of interventions in the group counseling course for intrinsic mental health.The research results are as follows:(1)The sexual mental health of junior high school students is generally at a medium level.The junior high school students of different grades have significant differences in the dimensions of sexual mental health except for sexual attitudes;boys and girls have significant differences in the dimensions of physiological knowledge.(2)Some dimensions of junior high school students’ mental health are significantly related to interpersonal relationships and some dimensions of parenting styles.Heterosexual communication disturbs negative predictions of physiological knowledge,sexual knowledge,sexual cognition,sexual concepts,sexual values,sexual control and sexual adaptation;while interpersonal relationships play a positive role in predicting sexual cognition,physiological knowledge and sexual knowledge.Positive parenting styles can partially positively predict the development of junior high school students’ sexual mental health,while negative parenting styles can negatively predict sexual mental health.(3)Group counseling courses can significantly improve the sexual and mental health of junior high school students. |
