STEAM education has attracted the attention of educational scholars at home and abroad because of its emphasis on the integration and application of interdisciplinary knowledge and the emphasis on students’ practical experience.At the core of STEAM education is to solve the problems in life by discovering the problems in life and integrating the knowledge of various subjects through hands-on practice.As a result,this research is guided by STEAM educational concept,defines the nature and design concept of mathematics curriculum in the new era,establishes the scope of curriculum design through the multi-dimensional goal of mathematics curriculum in the document of "standard" and the requirements of the core accomplishment cultivation of mathematics subject,and combines the STEAM curriculum application model proposed by professor fu qian,and designs teaching and learning activities based on different curriculum contents.Therefore,on the basis of the level before the third grade,the fourth grade,fifth grade and sixth grade mathematics related content are selected to sort out and sum up,and finally the curriculum design is carried out with the themes of "curriculum content practice learning "," content expansion "," content integration project learning" and "problem solving ",and teaching practice is carried out,at the same time,it also provides curriculum cases for teachers.Finally,through investigation and evaluation,it is concluded that mathematics course teaching based on STEAM education concept can not only stimulate learners’ autonomous interest,but also achieve the cultivation of learners’ comprehensive ability.It can not only adapt to the new curriculum reform curriculum goal,but also train all-round development talents,including innovation ability,problem-solving ability,comprehensive practical ability and cooperative communication ability. |
