With the advancement of education reform,the requirements of teaching quality and efficiency are also increasing,which requires us to improve the effectiveness of teaching.New teaching modes and operation systems,such as flipped classroom and EEPO,provide ideas for improving teaching effectiveness.This paper takes secondary vocational classroom teaching as the research object,takes the classroom teaching reform experiment of practice of warehouse operation,a course of logistics service and management,as the empirical case,studies on the basis of the flipped classroom mode,combines EEPO concept with the flipped classroom,and constructs a flipped classroom teaching model based on EEPO concept.The results show that this model can improve the effect of students’ self-study before class,their self-study ability,their learning enthusiasm and their participation in class.It is helpful to solve the problem of students’ different learning ability and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.It is beneficial to change the single problem that the traditional classroom teaching methods lag behind.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First,by sending out questionnaires and consulting literature to collect information,combined with the current situation of secondary vocational teaching and the teaching application of flipped classroom teaching mode.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools and the problems related to the implementation of flipped classroom teaching mode only.Second,we should sort out the relevant theories and research results of flipped classroom and EEPO,and understand the research status at home and abroad.According to the problems existing in the traditional classroom teaching and the problems existing in the simple implementation of flipped classroom teaching mode,this paper analyzes the feasibility of combining effective education concept with flipped classroom teaching mode.Third,through the feasibility analysis of the combination of EEPO concept and flipped classroom teaching mode,combined with the learning mode,class type mode and evaluation mode of EEPO,learning and referring from the existing flipped classroom teaching model,build the flipped classroom teaching mode based on EEPO concept.Last bust not least,the flipped classroom teaching model based on EEPO concept is applied in the classroom teaching of practice of warehouse operation,a course of logistics service and management in secondary vocational school,and a comparative experiment is carried out between it and the traditional flipped classroom teaching model.It is found that the flipped classroom teaching mode based on the EEPO concept has a good effect on improving students’ self-study before class,self-learning ability and classroom participation,can solve the problem of students’ learning ability,change the backward and single traditional classroom teaching methods,and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,which can provide some reference for the implementation of flipped classroom teaching reform and Practice for secondary vocational teachers.
