With the rapid development of education informatization and the deepening of the reform of higher education teaching,in the "Internet+education",course construction of "double than plan","gold",eliminate "water class" era background,the traditional teaching method under a certain degree can’t meet the demand of new era personnel training,colleges and universities teaching reform is needed.This study introduced the PBL teaching method from the medical research field into the badminton class teaching of public sports.in colleges and universities,aiming to optimize the shortcomings of traditional physical education teaching methods through practical application.This research uses the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,the super star learning platform for the teaching,grade 201 8 of ningxia university public sports badminton class teaching experimental study was conducted among 144 students,experimental classes using PBL teaching method,that in comparative classes with traditional teaching method,teaching after 15 weeks of experimental classes and learning interest,sports ability of autonomic learning that in comparative classes badminton badminton,badminton theoretical knowledge level,technology level,physical qualities were analyzed.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)Badminton learning interest aspects:after the experiment classes are improve learning interest and that in comparative classes badminton,that in comparative classes and experimental classes in terms of novelty overall interest,attention,with significant difference(p<0.05),in challenging and exploratory has very significant difference(p<0.01),suggesting that the PBL teaching method has good effect in improving learning interest.(2)Sports autonomous learning ability,experimental classes and that in comparative classes in learning motivation has a significant difference(p<0.05),in the aspect of the learning environment there was no significant difference(p>0.05),the learning process and learning result has very significant difference(p<0.01),suggesting that the PBL teaching method can effectively stimulate and cultivate students’ sports ability of autonomic learning.(3)Theoretical knowledge of badminton:there was a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class(p<0.05),and the experimental class was better than the control class.(4)Technical level of badminton:the experimental class was better than the control class in terms of reaching the standard of forehand serve and forehand stroke,with significant difference(p<0.05).Technical evaluation aspects:experimental classes and that in comparative classes in badminton basic posture there was no significant difference(p>0.05),in racket ball movement,strokes,hit the ball,the ball’s flight line quality and placement has very significant difference(p<0.01),suggesting that the PBL teaching method in optimization of badminton movement,raise the level of badminton technology has a good effect.(5)Physical quality:There was no significant difference in physical fitness between the experimental class and the control class before the experiment(p>0.05).But the differences between the experimental class and the control class in general physical quality and badminton special physical quality are small.It shows that PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method can improve physical quality.According to the teaching experiment results,the following Suggestions are put forward:(1)PBL teaching method has a good teaching effect in badminton teaching,and it is suggested that it can also be practiced in other physical education courses.(2)It is suggested to combine PBL teaching method with modern educational information tools,and make use of convenient advantages such as instant dissemination of modern educational information technology,resource sharing and breaking the limitation of time and space,so as to make the teaching effect more efficient.(3)In the teaching practice,traditional teaching method should not be totally denied,and PBL teaching method should not be blindly pursued.It is suggested to combine PBL teaching method with traditional teaching method for teaching,so as to learn from each other and achieve the optimal teaching effect.
