As a traditional advantage project in China,badminton now has a good mass base all over the country,involving a wide range of people.In addition to the badminton training in society,badminton classroom teaching and entertainment activities have also spread rapidly to the campus of primary and secondary schools and colleges,setting off a badminton learning boom.Badminton teaching methods also continue to innovate and develop,there are many ways,so this paper studies badminton teaching methods,trying to optimize the traditional badminton teaching methods,to find an efficient,high-quality,fun teaching methods,so that students can better grasp what they have learned.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experimental research and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an experiment on two badminton classes of 2017 physical education major in Liaoning Normal University Physical Education College,which are randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopts the circular training method,while the control group adopts the traditional badminton teaching method.Through one semester of teaching,the two groups are compared and analyzed What are the changes of students' physical quality,badminton technology,special footwork and learning enthusiasm,which will provide some theoretical reference for future teaching.Results:(1)Physical quality: through the teaching experiment,it is found that after the experiment,the standing long jump and one minute single swing scores of the experimental group are not significantly improved compared with the control group;the t-test scores are significantly improved.Compared with the traditional badminton teaching method,the circular training method has a better effect on the improvement of students' physical quality and a weak advantage.(2)Badminton technology: it is evaluated according to the effective quantity that hits the ball and falls in the designated area.It was found that the technical scores of the front and back field of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group,while the technical scores of the midfield were not significantly improved.Compared with the traditional badminton teaching method,the circular training method has a better effect on the improvement of students' badminton technology,which has a certain advantage.(3)Special footwork: according to the time of footwork movement,combined with whether the footwork movement is correct,whether the movement has a sense of rhythm,and whether the movement is coherent.It was found that the two-point footwork performance ofthe experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group,and the two-point footwork performance of the back field was significantly improved.Compared with the traditional badminton teaching method,the circular training method can make students master Badminton Footwork more standard,and its practice effect is relatively better and its quality is higher.(4)Learning enthusiasm: through the teaching experiment,it is found that after the experiment,the students' learning enthusiasm in the experimental group has been greatly improved compared with the control group.Compared with the traditional badminton teaching method,the cycle training method is more flexible and interesting,and can improve students' learning enthusiasm more effectively.
