Study On Optimal The Supply Of Urban Community Sports Venues In Wuhan City

In recent years,with the deepening of national fitness,community sports have been paid more and more attention.Community sports is an important way and means to achieve national fitness,and be the sports around people.Community sports venues are also the material basis of community sports,its construction and development are closely related to the development of community sports and the occurrence of residents’ fitness behaviors.If community sports do not have the material support of community sports venues,community sports are like the source without waterThis paper takes the supply of Wuhan urban community sports venues as the research object,selects the staff of Wuhan 14 urban community neighborhood committee and residents as the survey object,adopts the literature date method,questionnaire survey,the field investigation,the mathematical statistics and so on,studies and analyzes the supply of the urban community sports venues in Wuhan city.According to the requirements of national and local documents combine the characteristics and demands of Wuhan urban community residents to participate in physical exercise,the existing problems and insufficient in the supply of Wuhan urban community sports venues were found out,in order to make the supply of community sports venues more in line with the needs of community residents and to provide more quality and accurate services,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions for the supply of Wuhan urban community sports venue.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:1、There are a total of 189 sports venues in wuhan urban community,which are divided into 12 types,the per capita area of sports venues is 0.13 m2,among which the outdoor fitness equipment venues are the largest.Only a few communities can meet the requirements of "the urban community sports facilities construction land index" in terms of the number,type and area of sports venues;the uniformity and convergence of venue types cannot meet the diverse sports needs of residents.Each community can expand the scale of sports venues through the ways of above neighborhood committee type,ground space type and underground space type,and according to the age and gender of the residents and the characteristics of the community,different sports venues are provided to meet the diverse sports needs of the residents.2、There are three types of Wuhan urban community sports venues:"centralized","scattered" and "zonal",among which the "zonal" type is the most reasonable,both "centralized" and "scattered" layouts have the insufficient of small service coverage,but each has its own characteristics.The community with small size and population density sport venues can form the "centralized" layout of the center,while large scale or large population density and located in the city center of the community sports venues can form a "centralized" and "zonal" or combined with the "scattered" layout.3、Wuhan urban community sports venues supply funds from government,real estate developers,community/resident self-financing,social donations and others,the financing source of sports venues in most communities is single and the investment is insufficient,does not form a diversified source of funds.On the basis of ensuring the government’s financial investment,the community sports venue supply fund can fully mobilize the social forces to invest,so as to form a diversified community sports venue supply fund source structure.4、The opening degree of Wuhan urban community sports venues is divided into all year round,segment open and non-open.In the overall lack of community sports venues,on the one hand,the opening hours of segment open sports venues can be extended,on the other hand,reasonable and legal to promote the gradual opening of non-open sports venues though various measures to meet residents’ physical fitness needs;the supply mode is divided into two types:free,free and paid,mainly free,the site fees are generally reasonable,the supply form of community sports venues can meet the needs of different levels of residents for physiical fitness,and form a supply form combining free with paid supply to achieve the effect of raising funds for venue supply.5、The management subjects of Wuhan urban community sports venues include community neighborhood committees,property companies and third-party professional organizations,frequent maintenance and inspection of sports venues;most Wuhan urban community have social sports instructors,and community to better use of the community and the surrounding sports ground to carry out community sports activities.However,there are still some problems in the management of community sports venues,such as the lack of communication between the management subjects and the residents’ lack of ways to express public opinions,which can be solved by community sports ground management rules and the feedback of public opinion to solve.
