work,to government guidance,market leading,optimize business environment,support all kinds of sports market main body rapid growth.To analyze the development direction of community sports venues through the newly issued policies,and how the urban community sports venues play a positive role in Nanning and achieve sustainable development under the background of national fitness.In Nanning city community stadiums as the research object,using the literature method,interview,questionnaire,field survey,method,case study and mathematical statistics,to operate main body and mode more representative four venues as the typical case,the Nanning community stadiums operating subject,operation mode,operation content,facilities,product pricing,consumers,sports events,style Sports and fitness guidance team building,intangible assets development of sports venues,sports publicity,consumer satisfaction and other dimensions have been deeply studied.The study found that the main body of community stadiums and gymnasiums in a market area of Nanning are private enterprises,collective enterprises and a small number of individual industrial and commercial households,most of which are private enterprises.It mainly adopts four operation modes: PPP mode,leasing operation mode,leasing operation mode,entrusted operation mode and independent operation mode,among which leasing operation is mainly adopted.Site leasing,undertaking competitions,and carrying out sports training business as the main business content.Site construction standards are different,and the product and service pricing system is not perfect.The transportation and management personnel of community sports venues are mainly those with a bachelor’s degree in sports,while there are few operation and management professionals,and the division of labor is not clear The organization is more general,and the stability control of the implementation process is insufficient.There are not many coaches with different levels and professional qualifications.Most community sports venues do not pay attention to the development of intangible assets,little publicity,and less collect consumer feedback.The study found that the main consumer group of urban community stadiums in Nanning is highly educated men.Sports periods are mostly between 7 and 11 p.m.Among the four urban areas in Nanning,the distribution of community sports venues varies,but most consumers have sports venues accessible within 15 minutes.Consumers usually take the sports field to indoor gymnasium(fees),parks,fitness path or open space in the community and units and campus,and the stadium information mainly depends on their own discovery or led by relatives and friends.The monthly budget for sports is concentrated within 100 yuan,and the most concerned The venue is the price of the venue and the distance from home.Consumers think that the use price of community stadiums is not a big problem,but it has not yet reached the psychological expectations of most consumers.This paper first sorts out the national constructive opinions and policy requirements for the development of community stadiums,combines the reality of Nanning sports venues and the sports needs of Nanning residents,and focuses on the lack of professional operation and management personnel,backward operation management concept,imperfect policies,lack of risk regulation and product development consciousness,and slow transformation of sports consumption concept It restricts the development of the national fitness cause in Nanning,and is not conducive to the healthy development of Nanning urban community sports venues.After in-depth analysis of the existing problems,the development idea of optimizing the operation and management of urban community sports venues in Nanning is put forward,including the establishment of SOP transportation management system,optimizing the operation means,and cooperating with the government to run
