Nowadays information technology has become a frontier of science and technology. Human society is stepping into the information society from industrial society. As the widely use of the information technology, which has great transformation in every aspect and domain of the society. In the learning field, the development of the technology accelerate the speed of updating the concept^ knowledge^ as well as the technology. Only the lifelong learning and the ability of independent study can meet the social continuous development. In June 2014, the State Council convened the National Conference about vocational education.Chairman Xi made an important comment on the task of vocational education. Prime Minister Keqiang Li met with all the delegates and delivered an important speech. The content of this conference emphasized on training high quality talent of technology and skills, this kind of talent means they can master skill、operate the application and sustain development. In the great historical opportunities of the vocational education development, the vocational schools, which is an important topic, is worthy of studying on how to make students establish lifelong and independent learning, how to provide environment and resources for students’ independent learning, how to help students form a habit of independent learning, and master the method of independent learning on the basis of teaching the students’ professional knowledge and specialized skill in order that they can meet the needs of social economic development after graduation.In western countries, since 1990s, the independent learning has become a hot topic in the research field of psychology, all countries in the world to cultivate students’ independent learning ability as an important goal of Education. Until recent years, independent learning has been the concern of many people, more and more scholars and educators devoted to research on independent learning successively. Many successful teaching patterns at home pay much attention to the cultivation of independent learning. Such as the" 10+35"pattern of Dulang Kou middle school in Shan Dong, " 271"pattern of Chang Le No.2 middle school Shang Dong," Self-independent Communication" pattern of Guan Nan school in Jiang Su, the " Big Unit Teaching" pattern of Tian Hui middle school in He Bei," Independent and open classroom" pattern of Ning Da middle school of Wu Ning in Jiang Xi. Analysis the success of these teaching patterns above, the key factor is that they pay much attention to the independent learning of the students. In the general education field, there are so many successful examples of independent learning. However, in the field of vocational schools, the study of independent learning are few, and the available outstanding study of independent for us to reference are even fewer.This research on the basis of the students in De Yang secondary vocational school, I selected students’ in each school randomly, Study them by questionnaire survey interviews to understand students’ independent learning、the characteristic of study、 study goal、strategy self-monitoring ability、learning atmosphere on self-independent learning、The relationship between teachers and students and other aspects of the situation. Based on domestic and foreign relevant theories on self-independent learning、The pedagogy and psychology theory as the foundation,The writer combine the empirical investigation and theoretical analysis, Analyses secondary vocational school students in the region of independent learning, then combine the students’ independent learning ability of experimental conditions, put forward the strategy of cultivation independent learning reference for the similar secondary vocational school.
