Sociological Analysis Of The Integration And Exclusion Between Beijing Guo’an Fans And Fan Organizations

Football Fan culture is an important part of the development of football.The level of football fun culture in a country directly represents the football level of the country.The shaping of fan culture needs fan organizations to work with ordinary fans.This research takes social integration and social exclusion as the theoretical starting point and penetrates into the fan organization through field research.Observed and interviewed Beijing Guoan fan organizations and ordinary fans,and explored the interactive relationship between them.Based on a deep description of the “Green Energe Speedy” fan organization,this research reached the following conclusions:First,football fan organization is a common group constructed by shaping common goals.The establishment process of the organization is accompanied by a process of decentralization to centralization,and the members of them are typical middle and lower classes.Second,the collective action by fan organization includes the construction of Intrinsic symbols and the external manifestation of fanaticism.The collective action of them have a logical sequence.It strengthens the symbols at connotation and behavior,and then reflects it into the specific actions of fanatic by language models and props.Third,the social integration and social exclusion of fan organizations and ordinary fans is the result of two-way choice.There is no typical strong or weak between them.Fan organizations are known for their strong cohesiveness and combat effectiveness,while ordinary fans have a broader base advantage.Therefore,the relationship between social integration and social exclusion is very special,both attracting and deviating from each other.Fourth,the social integration and social exclusion of fan organizations and ordinary fans is an objective and subjective game.The process of integration and exclusion between the them is a dynamic process of objective and subjective continuous game,which includes both ideological approval and opposition,and action follow and distance.Regarding the interactive relationship between fan organizations and ordinary fans,according to the responsibilities of different subjects,this research suggests: First,Fan organizations should exert strengths and avoid weaknesses,standardize their behaviors,and explore their own development path.Second,ordinary fans should be more integrated into the organization and strengthen their own fan concept.Third,the club should play a bridge role,optimize the management system,and take into account the interests of both parties.Fourth,relevant management departments should simplified administration and decentralized power,which provides a strong guarantee for the formation of football fan culture.
