Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China’s social economy, a large number of rural laborers into cities, become the main urban construction, make a significant contribution to the economic and social development of our country.There are obvious public characteristic which is non-city residents born in the generation of migrant workers in the1980s after being slowly become the subject of migrant workers.Generation of migrant workers, compared with the older generation of migrant workers, and their long-term resident in the city, thinking and mentality are close to the city, they have a strong urbanization demands, but they are difficult to enjoy the city people treated, so that the new generationmigrant workers living in the city, there are many obstacles, over time will adversely affect the social stability and economic and social development in China.Therefore to solve urbanization development of the new generation of migrant workers, is the key to solve the problem of migrant workers.Generation of migrant workers public has a very important significance for reducing the gap between urban and rural areas, and promote the reform of the urban-rural dual system, promote social harmony and building a harmonious society.ln this paper, the study of the obstacles and difficulties encountered by the new generation of migrant workers in the public process, seek countermeasures to solve the problem of generation of migrant workers public in the process of building a harmonious society.Text constituted by the body part of the introduction and four chapters:Practical significance of the introduction part, the status of the public issue of the new generation of migrant workers from the start of the significance of the topics of research and to solve the issue of generation of migrant workers;Chapter, from social exclusion and public connotation and denotation talking about, and analysis of the characteristics and status of the new generation of migrant workers, and illustrate the importance of the public to the problem of generation of migrant workers;Second chapter analyzes the obstacles encountered by the new generation of migrant workers in the public process and the reasons, let’s difficult for the public issue of the new generation of migrant workers have a full understanding;Third chapter discusses the importance of building a harmonious society to solve the problem of the people of the generation of migrant workers, both positive and negative aspects;Chapter4, have a rough idea about the difficulty and significance of the problem of the people of the new generation of migrant workers based on a number of feasibility of countermeasures.
