| Since skateboarding became an Olympic event,China has attached great importance to the development of the event and established a skateboarding team.However,due to the relatively late introduction of skateboarding into China and lack of understanding of the sports development laws,the scientific development of skateboarding has been limited.The balance ability of the skateboard is an important sub-ability of skateboarding.Therefore,it is of great significance to design an effective balance ability scheme.Aiming at the problems existing in the balance training of young female skateboarders and bowlers,this article designs and verifies a balance training program for young female skateboarders and bowlers,which aims to effectively improve the balance ability of female skateboarders and further promote the skateboarding.Scientific development.In this paper,the methods of literature training and expert interviews were used to select the training methods for the balance ability of the young women’s bowl and pool skateboarders,as well as the testing methods of special technical ability.The designed balance ability training program was verified through experiments and tests.Finally,Intra-group comparative analysis of 12 young female athletes was performed using mathematical statistics.Research indicates:1.After 8 weeks of balancing ability training,the static balance ability of teenage female skateboarding and bowling athletes showed a very significant difference(P <0.01).2.After 8 weeks of balancing ability training,the dynamic balance ability of teenage female skateboarding and bowling athletes showed a very significant difference(P <0.01).3.After 8 weeks of balancing ability training,there was a very significant difference in the special technical ability of teenage female skateboarding and bowling athletes(P<0.01).It is specifically embodied in the Rainbow Bridge 50-50 index,BOX50-50 index,Backside 50-50 index,board crossing wall index,hand landing board tail passing wall index,hand grab board ollie passing wall to evaluate special technical capabilities the index,the ollie air flight indicator,the ollie grip indicator,and the 360 degree inward rotation index of ollie were all improved before and after the experiment.Analysis conclusion:1.After the training intervention,the athletes’ one-leg closed-eye standing time test showed a significant increase,and the left leg support time was significantly improved compared to the right leg support time.It shows that the training scheme has improved the stability of the vestibular organs of the athletes to a certain extent,and the stability of the body posture.2.After the training intervention,the athlete’s star-shaped offset balance test showed significant improvement in all eight directions,and the balance ability between the two legs was improved to a certain extent.This shows that this training program can not only improve muscle strength and proprioceptive function,but also indirectly improve athletes’ flexibility and reduce the risk of sports injuries.3.The training program of balance ability improves the athlete’s special technical movements to varying degrees,reducing the error rate of the athlete’s technical movements,which proves that the sports program can also improve the athlete’s special technical ability.4.The training program has a promoting effect on the balance ability of athletes,and can be used as a training method for the balance ability of women bowl and pool skateboarders.At the same time,Indian boards and trampolines are relatively new training methods at present,which can improve the balance of skateboarding.The training effect is good,the application value is great,and it has certain reference value. |
