| Swiss ball is a main training equipment in core stability training. Its unstable interface can effectively promote the development of proprioception. This study hypothesizes that Swiss ball training can improve the balance ability by improving the proprioception, and then effectively improve the completion quality of specific technical movements. In this study,9-11-year-old amateur calisthenics were selected as subjects to carry out 8-week Swiss ball training, and the effects of core stability training were investigated by testing the balance ability and completion quality of specific movements. In this paper,20 amateur calisthenics athletes aged 9-11 in a primary school in Dongcheng District,Beijing, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,he trained with the Swiss ball for eight weeks on core stability. The results of static balancer,Dynamic equilibrium and Y-Balance Test were used to investigate the effect of core stability on balance ability, three difficult movements, straight body jump 360°,single foot turn 360° and unsupported vertical split, were selected to analyze the change of its completion quality. The results showed that:(1)the static balance ability of the experimental group members was significantly improved, and the total length, peripheral area and y axis mean central shift were significantly decreased compared with those before the experiment(p<0.05),the average central displacement of X axis decreased obviously and had a very significant change(p<0.01).Compared with the control group, there was significant difference in the average central shift of x axis(p<0.05).The other three indexes decreased slightly and the static balance increased, but there was no significant change(P>0.05).(2)in the experimental group Y-balance Test, there was a small increase in the anterior side of the left and right legs, but there was no significant change(P>0.05),there were significant differences(p<0.05).In the control group, there was a small increase in all the indexes of Dynamic equilibrium, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)in the experimental group, the completion quality of straight body jump 360°,single foot turn 360° and unsupported vertical split were significantly improved(p<0.01),compared with the test group, the control group had significant improvement in the performance of difficult movements(p<0.05),but the overall improvement was less than the test group. The conclusion:(1)the experimental group used the instability of the Swiss ball for core stability training, and the improved stability improved the control ability of the body, which was more targeted to the training than the conventional waist and abdomen training,so that the experimental group as a whole dynamic and static balance ability has been significantly improved.(2)the instability of the Swiss ball, which has a good training effect on the players’control of their own ends,it makes core stability training better than aerobics routine waist abdominal training to exercise to the sense of the athletes.(3)the routine waist and abdomen training and core stability training with Swiss ball can improve the quality of difficult movements. The experimental group showed significant improvement in their self-control as they completed the task. The effect of core stability training in the three difficult movements of straight body jump 360°,single foot turn 360° and unsupported vertical split is better than that of the routine waist-abdomen training in aerobics. |
