| Since the rise of competitive wushu,with people’s exploration,integration and innovation,it has become a sport that covers both Chinese and Western sports cultures.Changquan,as one of the most important martial arts,attaches more and more importance to the characteristics of high,difficult,beautiful and new sports techniques.In order for athletes to stand out in their sports,they need to ensure that the movements are difficult and innovative,while maintaining stability and quality.Therefore,the physical quality of athletes must meet the corresponding standards,among which,balance ability and coordination are the most important,which are the core of the training of wushu Changquan routines.In changquan routines,there are many training methods related to balance ability and coordination,which are mostly the basic movements of Changquan.In terms of coordination training,the movements are mainly wheel arm through palm,oolong pan strike,bow horse switch,etc.In terms of training balance ability,most of the movements are all kinds of static postures,such as knee balance,leg balance and swallow balance.Athletes practice for a long time,inevitably feel boring,and skipping training,simple and easy to practice,full of fun.When skipping rope training,athletes not only need to speed up the speed of the upper limbs,but also try to keep the stability of body segments to reduce the shaking of the body posture when landing,so as to combat the disturbance of the stability of body posture and the destruction of balance caused by the movement.Through 12 weeks of experimental training,this paper discusses the influence of rope skipping training on the balance ability and coordination of juvenile changquan routine athletes,in order to provide more reasonable training plan and more rich teaching content for the coaches.The research in this paper involves a variety of research methods,including experimental method,literature method,mathematical statistics and so on.In this paper,40 adolescent wushu routine players from Wushu School of Wuhan Physical Education University were selected for research,and the experimental group and control group were respectively set up.The subjects underwent two weeks of acclimatization training,followed by 10 weeks of experimental training,three times a week on Tuesday,Thursday and Saturday.The training content of the experimental group is on the basis of conventional training,plus rope skipping training,the control group only routine training.The results showed that :1.Before the experiment,the time of single-foot support was 21.866±2.878 in the experimental group and 21.744±3.053 in the control group;After 12 weeks of training,the time of single-foot support was 23.289 ± 2.873 in the experimental group and 22.893±2.893 in the control group.After the experiment,the time of closed eye and single foot support in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group and before training.2.Before the experiment,the time required to walk the balance beam with eyes open was 8.153±0.679 in the experimental group and 8.139±0.734 in the control group;After 12 weeks of training,it was 7.677 ± 0.726 in the experimental group and 8.045±0.802 in the control group.After the experiment,the time for the experimental group to pass the balance beam was significantly shorter than that of the control group and before the experiment.3.Before the experiment,the YBT score of the experimental group was 119.886±6,954(right)and 116.503±5.036(left);The scores of the right leg and the left leg were 117.791±5.837 and 117.374±5.692 respectively.After 12 weeks of training,the YBT scores of the athletes in the experimental group were 112.235±5.113 on the left leg and 126.851±7.029 on the right leg,and 118.296±5.644 on the left leg and 119.510 ± 5.865 on the right leg in the control group.There was a significant improvement,and the overall score was higher than the control group,and the difference was significant.4.Before HCT time test,the experimental group was 10.805±0.723 seconds,and the control group was 10.810±0.746 seconds;After 10 weeks of training,it was 9.861±0.120 seconds in the experimental group and 10.596 ± 0.142 seconds in the control group.Research Conclusions:1.For teenagers,through the rope skipping training,they can enhance their overall balance ability wushu routine athletes.2.Rope skipping training can effectively improve the coordination of adolescent wushu routine athletes.3.The combination of rope skipping training and routine training is more ideal. |
